“THE place to get egg rolls for your family or for groups. The egg rolls aren't super oily and the filling isn't replaced with an absurd amount of taro and substitutes. They take credit card now, with $10 minimum purchase.

“When I switched jobs and started working in a different city I had searched for traditional Vietnamese Pho similar to the place I frequented in Carrollton. I have now been to several pho restaurants in this area but HOP is the best hands down. The soups are absolutely amazing, but my favorite is the brisket. Egg rolls are amazing too when I have a big enough appetite to eat those and soup. This place has now been a weekly staple for me. Highly recommend!“

“For years this place has remained consistent with their food quality but over the past couple of years they've gotten kind of cheap in starting off with premade noodles in a clump that you have to try to soften and break up in the broth at least as far as their Pho is concerned. Their combination fried rice is excellent, they're spring rolls are really good and their Korean BBQ interestingly enough is quite good too.“

“Today was our first time coming here and it did not disappoint ! We tried their Beef Pho, Chicken Pho, egg rolls and lemonade and it was all delicious !

You seat yourself and it wasnt long after that the lady brought us a menu. It was pretty cold in there also.

I will say the only thing that could be better was our sever. I'd tell her thank you and she'd just walk away and this happened multiple times.

“I’ve eaten here twice now and both times the food was great. The potstickers are my favorite! I have also tried 4 of the different sushi rolls, all of which have been fresh and taste great. The orange chicken is also very good. I was even surprised at how good the margaritas were! I will return again for sure and recommend this place to anyone passing by. “Long time go-to favorite. This place has the best spring rolls around, I like the traditional order that comes with shrimp, pork, and peanut sauce. The food is always good whether you eat in person or get takeaway. Over the years I feel like I’ve tried everything on the menu & it’s all quite good!

Parking: Near the big Target, I believe it’s between the ice cream shop and GameStop. Plenty of parking in that area it’s a huge lot

Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu but in my experience the staff is also helpful if you ask for any dish with less spice“

I asked at the counter. The egg rolls are chicken. The meat dishes look great. Sometimes I want vegetables. Ill come back when I hike or bike the nearby North Shore Trails. I got plenty to eat and workers were happy to serve vegetarians so I can bring friends.“

Quality of food was incredible, hot, crispy, a lot of vegan options as well as shrimp, pork etc. they even have Vietnamese chicken tamales. Spring rolls are fire, sesame balls are delicious. This restaurant is a little out of the way from where I live but it’s my NEW FAVE Vietnamese restaurant. You must give it a try I’m in love!!!“
