“(05/30/25) Eight of us met for dinner at the Pazzo Pastaria and were immediately greeted and seated by the very pleasant co-owner, Ginny. The ambiance is simple, cozy and (thank you), not noisy. The wait staff is excellent (shout out to Katie!); the menu is well organized and offers several out-of-the-ordinary Italian dishes. Don't fill up on the tasty breads and olive oil dip, because the food is delicious and the portions are generous. For a weekend meal, consider making reservations because the restaurant fills quickly. We were pleased with our dinner selections and no one left hungry! The overall experience was so good, we agreed the Pazzo Pastaria would be our new favorite restaurant. PS. “Everything was amazing from start to finish! Bella Sera on Pat Booker is an absolute gem. From the moment we sat down, we were impressed. The garlic knots came out warm and flavorful, perfectly setting the tone. The soup was rich and comforting, and the Caesar salad was crisp and fresh with just the right amount of dressing. I had the baked ziti for my entrée, and it was everything you want in classic Italian comfort food, cheesy, saucy, and satisfying. And to top it all off, the cannoli was perfection: crisp shell, creamy filling, just sweet enough. It was a wonderful combination of flavors and portions were so generous I had plenty to take home. Especially when a restaurant choose to pay attention to details down to table cloth, then the restaurant shall be commensurate with praise 👏 No, you won't find Swarovski here. Come on, it's a mom and pop store. Yes, I do see a extension core randomly hanging out. Come on, it's a mom and pop store. What I do find is the server cared and earned his tips, the restaurant manger/owner cared and showed in her ways (and the decor helps too). The chef cares and shown in food. The portion is generous, the shrimps are huge, and everything is delicious. I would like to stop talking about the shop because I do not want to wait for a while next time I come over. “LOVE the Philly Cheese steak sandwich! I think the chef had a wager with the waitress that he could over-stuff the sandwich with so much beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese that the sandwich was threatening to split the bread in half! It was so FAT with ingredients that IF the bread exploded under the strain, one would need a garden trowel to shovel all the food into a to-go container!! The taste was out of this WORLD! I'm a big guy and a cop and even I could only manage to eat half of the sandwich in the restaurant and took the rest of it home, where it proudly served as my dinner that night, too!! “We went for lunch and it wasn't crowded. We got seated quickly to a perfect table in the corner. The server was pleasant and got the order correct. The timing was very good as we had time to talk, eat salad and bread sticks before the chicken parmesan came out. The food was the perfect temperature.“

Danny took our order and would come by to check on us. the other staff did as well helpful to our needs. They have spicy peach wings totally game changer and so far the best wings I have ever had. “We love parry’s in Cibolo ! Christian was our waiter this time around and he was absolutely fantastic. He was still new and for being a busy Friday night the service he provided was amazing. He even made it a point to ask if we preferred our child’s lemonade watered down a bit which as a parent.. having that suggested was wonderful. The bar was behind a bit but he made sure to up date us throughout our dinner without being too over bearing. Will absolutely return.“

“This pizza place was interesting, I'm giving it 5 stars because of its inventive and wonderful toppings and the fact that it seems like a great neighborhood joint!

My only dissapointment was that the crust was a bit thin, dense, and hard at the same time. I've had thin crust pizza which I like, but this one was just bordering on too hard to chew a bit. I feel like it was world class toppings that was let down with a less than stellar crust.

We still really enjoyed the pizza! Check this place out, be just be aware that if you're looking for a doughy crust, this place isn't it. And its thin pizza crust could use a little work.“

“Ive been several times to this venue and every time I go everyone is so kind and helpful to keep everything organized and running well. The service is always really good. “We don't live in the delivery area, but decided to stop by once to give Marco's a try while out and about. We quickly decided it's worth the drive. This time it was pizzoli for everyone! 7 pizzoli for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. We all were very satisfied with our dinner.

The ambiance isn't earth-shattering by any means, but the staff are all nice and the food is great. So what we have to drive to get it; we can pretend we're pioneers or it's 2019 again. Absolutely worth it.“
