“More people really need to frequent this restaraunt. I always have the large noodle dish but I switch udon for ramen noodles. The portions are so large that I order more of their amazing Shoyu broth to go and have it with my leftover noodles the next day! Amazing!“

“Stopped by for late lunch on a whim, and very happy we did! Service was very helpful answering questions, and the food came out SUPER fast. We got the hot/sour soup base w/ fish, and the green pepper soup base w/ pork intestine. Green pepper had a great deep flavor, but personally I would choose to keep going back to hot/sour because the sour note is refreshing long-term. Both were delicious, and we needed to-go containers for each. Each bowl was $15.If we were closer to Carrollton, we'd definitely come here more often!“

“I was searching for a great Thai place I had eaten at a few months ago. I couldn't remember the name of it, so when the Malacca Cafe came up on Yelp, I stopped by. It was late afternoon between lunch and dinner time so there were not many diners there. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. I ordered the Singapore Mee Fun, a noodle dish with chicken and shrimp. There were plenty of big shrimp and the portions were generous. I took half of it home. The two young people who waited on me were very informative and shared their knowledge of Malaysia. It was a pleasant experience and I plan to go back there.“

“You know that scene in "Frozen" where they're singing and the one says "we finish each other's..." and the other says "...sandwiches"? That's basically how it is with me and my wife. It usually starts out with her saying "you know what I could go for?" and me saying the random and semi-obscure thing she could go for because I was thinking the same thing.Anywho, the "thing" was soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao) this time, and our mutual craving led us to finally try Wu Wei Din, which had been on our list for a while now because we had heard good things about it. And we were not disappointed! They have an extensive menu of authentic Chinese/Taiwanese cuisine (if I were smarter I'd be able to tell you the specific region. I believe it comes from the *tasty* region of that part of the world), and for you normies out there they've also got a large, and I'm sure delicious, section of the menu labeled "American Favorites". You get you some crab rangoons and don't let anybody yuck your yum.But I digress. First up was scallion pancake. Delicious and crispy! I found that the chili oil at the table was a great complement to it. Not your average chinese-restaurant-chili-oil. After that, we tucked into our raison-d'être, the Xiao Long Bao (we went pork). These were fantastic! We've had these at several places now and these were easily among the best we've ever had. From there we went to the pork-and-shrimp with leek steamed dumplings and let me tell you, the flavor and texture were outstanding! Different and very tasty dipping sauce with them. Next up, we got the Dan Dan Noodles with braised pork. I've had these at several places as well. Sometimes they're more on the spicy end with just a hint of peanut; sometimes they're basically peanut butter soup noodles (ew). Here at WWD they were definitely peanut-forward but not sugary sweet (yay!) and incredibly tasty. The noodles themselves were well prepared and tender. I downed the sauce after we finished the noodles and would've licked the bowl if I thought I could get away with it. Last up were the spicy pork and shrimp wontons. I was pleasantly surprised that the sauce included the numb spice in them, which if you haven't experienced it, make every effort to do so. It's addicting. These had a pleasant level of heat-- my wife is a bad Mexican who doesn't like spicy food and she could handle it just fine -- and the flavor was exquisite. The wonton texture itself was also some of the best I've had in the area. The service was top notch. We got there around 5:30 on a Friday and while it was starting to fill up we never felt too rushed or neglected and we got our food quickly. Host and servers were super friendly in a genuine way. Atmosphere was pleasant. For the sheer amount of food we got the prices seemed pretty reasonable. We will absolutely be back, and soon.“

“Really tasty food and great place. I love Yin Tang, and it's one of the best-kept secrets as far as parking goes (it's in the corner of the shopping district where a lot of the parking isn't utilized). The broth is delicious. To avoid running up your tab, I'd suggest getting dry noodles and avoiding any fresh/chewy noodles. They charge by weight, not item type, so maybe focus on vegetables and meat. I got a $48 tab because I loaded on fresh yam noodles, worth it and fair but still.Great service, etc. They accommodated my table of like 12 friends 2 weeks ago without complaints. Not that I'd suggest doing that to them, but we had a lot of last-minute arrivals.“

“Great food!!!This location has gone through alot of changes over the past few years. Changing owners, different food, changed atmosphere After so many changes, I had been hesitant to try out this new restaurant. But I am so glad I did!Incredible food! The sesame chicken was phenomenal and their hot and sour soup is spot on. I will be including Grand Wok in my favorite local spots and is my new favorite Chinese restaurant!“

“We love the pho here! The broth is always so tasty and the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. We moved so we don't come here as often as we wish to but sometimes when I'm craving pho, I'll send my husband out and have him pick it up!“

“Ive been eating at Pei Wei locations all around DFW for over 10 years and have always enjoyed my dining experience. The service at the Lewisville location is always top notch. I eat here for lunch at least 2-3 times a month and it’s always quickly delivered upon ordering. I like the atmosphere and music while enjoying my chicken lo mein!!! Highly recommended!!“

“This place was really a gem for Sichuan food. I had my doubts before I visited but this place has exceeded my expectations. The decors was typical of a Chinese restaurant enhanced by "white influence". I ordered a spicy beef noodle and it was very good. The broth was light and flavorful, with sour vegetables and the beef was very tender and tasty. The sautéed kidney dish was the star of the show, as it was perfectly cooked and easily the best of its kind that I've hand in DFW. If this place was closer to where I currently live, I would be coming every week.“

“Staff moves quickly but they don’t check up on you very much. I love the food. Skewers are fantastic, and they make veggies taste heavenly. My favorites are the lamb skewers and the hibachi cauliflower and hibachi broccoli. They have a house specialty spice mix that taste really good. They use a lot of cumin; normally dislike cumin and find it overpowering, but at Fat Ni there is something about the other spices that they mix it with that tastes amazing. Especially if you squeeze a bit of lemon on top of your foodKid-friendliness: The vibe is very casual and kid friendly. But the food might not be; it depends on how much your kids tolerate spice. Most of the food is not spicy, it just has a lot of different spices in it.“

“I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this weekly standby! I’ve had several of their dishes and have enjoyed them all. I especially love the chili-garlic green beans appetizer, the veggie spring rolls, and kung pao shrimp. Extra heat please, which they’re always glad to provide. We prefer to dine at the bar and always receive excellent service from JP and the other bartenders as well. Speaking of the bar, they’ve got a great HH, both food and drink specials.“

“First time here. Decided to try because they had hand pulled noodles and was not too far from Arlington where we needed to go later.Glad we went to this Chinese restaurant. Just ordered the Mongolian beef and hand pulled noodles with chicken. The Mongolian beef was tender and flavorful. Just a the right amount of sauce and not too salty. The hand pulled noodles were the gem though. Perfectly cooked and chewy with the right amount of flavor. The chicken was white meat and texture was delicious. Apparently there was a sign at the door that read they had Peking duck daily until they are out, which I will have to try next time. I wished this place was closer to where I live in Plano/Frisco, but definitely worth another trip to Southlake.“

“Went to Empress of China last night. Great because my wife likes Chinese dishes and I prefer Japanese or Thai. They offer all three.Sandi had an egg roll and Kung Pao chicken. All were hot, fresh and delicious. Chicken pieces were good size and veggies were bright and crisp.I had a Rainbow Roll, a few pieces of Sashimi and Padd See Ew with Shrimp. The Thai flat noodles were great. Dish was sauced well but not too much and delicious. Sushi roll and Sashimi were all fresh and prepared well. Service was great. Nothing special about the ambience but restaurant was clean and well lit. We will be back.“

“I absolutely LOVE this place. Being from St. Louis it's difficult finding a place comparable to back home, but China Wok is almost as good. I love their shrimp fried rice and the chicken wings are always fresh. Most importantly I love is how friendly the staff is, and she always remembers to add extra onion and extra scallion. You will NOT be disappointed.“

“Been to this place a couple of times. I really love their Maratang on a cold gloomy day. If you are having it for the first time, I wouldn't recommend any cilantro leaves into the mix and ask for the yellow pickled radish if they forgot to serve it. Spicy level 1 might be a good choice for the beginners.“

“Ordered the shrimp lo mein and orange chicken. Was good and would recommend. The chicken was good and crispy with broccoli. The sauce they make is addicting and had little pieces of ginger and oranges inside. The shrimp lo mein was yummy but there was so much more add one than seemingly noodles. The taste was good and overall service was nice.“

“Helen is the best. This restaurant has the best Japanese or Chinese food I've had. I've lived here 34 years in this area. Wow. I'm sure anything you order will be more than good. The black pepper chicken is a must. The tri delicacies dish is amazing. The crab Rangoon, best I've had! Spring rolls are awesome. The Jasmin hot tea, a must. Litterly everything is worth a visit. Believe me it's hard for me to say this much about a restaurant but this place deserves all the respect. Thank you all. Words will never describe the greatness this place has to offer. Check it out. Trust me.“

“A fine Asian dining experience near I35 and 121 business! I told them medium spicy and they delivered! Delicious! When I eat at Panda I need to eat the black peppers to get a sufficient level of spicy. This place, not so. This place is 1000% better than Panda. A slightly humble atmosphere but quiet and clean. I loved it! My new favorite!“

“Still my favorite chinese buffet in this part of town. We no longer live in state but we stop here every time we pass through. They're an excellent price, even on the weekend and their selections are out of this world. Been coming here since 2014.They've definitely gotten busier over the years so make sure you're okay with a busy atmosphere, otherwise you can't go wrong choosing this place as your buffet spot!“

“RiceStix is so good! Family-owned business making delicious Chinese and Korean food. The beef they use in all their dishes were so tender! Try the Korean Galbi-jjim (spicy braised short-ribs) - bone falling tender and so delicious! K-Pop Chicken was awesome too! Their fried rice has a hit of spice that is addicting, and you can’t find anything quite like it anywhere else! All the food we tried was so good! And the owners and staff are really nice and hospitable. The only thing I’m sad about is that they only open for breakfast and lunch. Gotta get there more often for lunch!“

“This was by far the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. It was phenomenal! We ordered takeout and I custom ordered mine to get grilled chicken (I can’t eat gluten) and it was incredible. “I found out about this place from a television ad, so I decided to go check it out. I got a table and grabbed a plate, and got to indulge in some very delicious food. There is a wide variety of foods which I find amazing. Though, you're going to need a big appetite to truly enjoy your experience because if you don't, you're not getting your money's worth. Regarding the service, it wasn't completely great despite them taking a while to get my dirty plate. Overall, I highly recommend this place to go eat out with family or friends.“

“I really enjoyed Pei Wei, the only complaint I have is by putting the curry on top, that by the time you mix it all in with the dish, the curry seems to get lost, I'll know next time to get extra curry, other than that the veggies and meat was fresh and the curry is very good, will definitely go back “

“Kung Pao chicken is my go-to here. Most other places simply don’t match up. Portions are large, flavor is excellent. Food always comes out hot and fresh. The amount of chicken is fine, but too many carrots and celery keep me from giving 5 stars.“

“First of all, the Fragrant and Spicy Pork was absolutely delicious! The Rice Noodles with Pork my wife ordered were also impressive for something on the lighter side.Second of all, I requested my pork be made "as spicy as possible" and they absolutely delivered. On the rare occasions we order out, I make this request and am usually disappointed. But the chef really took care of me. Don't ask if you don't mean it!“

“Mulan is a great place for super reliable Chinese food. I recommend getting the dumplings or noodles when coming here, as they're made in-house and nothing beats fresh dumplings or noodles. “This is our neighborhood go to for take out. We ordered four entrees plus fried rice today for lunch using their online ordering system. When we got home one of our entrees was missing. I called them to let them know their mistake immediately. The man answering the phone was very nice about it and said he would make it. Moral of my story is to ALWAYS check your food before leaving with it. It was pouring rain today and this was very inconvenient having to get out in the rain twice while our other three entrees got cold. Other than that, the food is very good.“

“My buddy told me to try this place and he was right! Some of the best crab wontons and dumplings we have ever had! I would absolutely recommend Fortune House!I honestly can't wait to go back and try other dishes. The Pepper Beef was really good and fairly filling with the rice. My S/O got a fried rice dish and was so full he couldn't finish. We did have two appetizers before. We're looking forward to going back and trying some soup dumplings. The waiter was also very kind. He was fairly attentive and made sure to offer and suggest things. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. The manager also came by to check in on us which was great.“

“The best Chinese food we've had in the Dallas area, without compare. Our family of four each had a delightful experience here in every regard, from the moment we walked in the door. Extremely prompt service, faster than any restaurant in DFW. Food quality is exceptionally fresh with tender flavorful shrimp, chicken, beef and vegetable dishes. A calming ambience rounded this out to make for a wonderful dining experience for all. Definitely on our list of "bests" in this area.“

“I was pleasantly surprised what you get for the price! They are very generous and their portions, which is great for me because it makes it multiple meals. “Too many people expecting this place to be grommet. The food is cheap, and the portions are huge. It’s like grabbing a greasy slice of pizza. Hits the spot when needed. Only issue I have is it’s not open on the weekends and I can only go if I take the day off…. Maybe that’s a good thing. My favorite place!“

“Food has always been great every time I've come here. I do live quiet a distance, but it'd certainly be worth it. Note that the building his small, and there aren't many places to sit. When inside the building, you can tell it needs an update. I would also like to note that the staff here aren't always friendly. The atmosphere itself isn't always welcoming. However, I haven't had many problems here. You'll occasionally get that one lady on the front counter who seems to be having a bad day (EVERYDAY), but that's okay! Food has always been fresh, no complaints there. Props to the kitchen. It can be expensive if you are purchasing for a big family however. I have a family of 5 and I typically spend around 60-70$ for chicken and rice.“

“Food was great. Tastes as good as it looks in the pics. Hot too!\\nAtmosphere inside could be better. Kinda quiet, like a Chinese storage room with boxes of cups, straws and other kitchen supplies. “The people here are great and bend over backwards for their customers. Their hot and sour soup is delicious!I had the garlic shrimp. Nice tender shrimp fresh vegetables a bit heavy on the sauce but a lot of people like lots of sauce.Mom had the sesame chicken. She said the chicken was tender and flavorful with lots of sauce, which she likes. We both had egg rolls. They were crispy in the outside and tender on the inside. My mother likes it with TONS of sauce, which they happily gave her.On top of everything else this place is really inexpensive. I have never had a bad meal here. I've read in some of the other reviews that this isn't authentic Chinese food but China is a huge country and not everyone in that country makes food the same way.“
“craved black bean and went to this place self service for sides and water it was the perfect cute place; especially after watching so many kdramas and cooking at home all the time (when i say cute i don't mean pink anime asethics but like a typical restaraunt that didn't over for their decor and let the food speak) the crispy pork was def crunchy and black bean had perfect amount of flavor without being overly salty or sweet“

“Good place to have taste of sichuan without drivng all the way to north dallas. The taste is pretty close. The twice cooked pork had a nice smoky flavor. The mapo tofu had the right sauce consistency and the tofu did not lose the shape. Chonqking chicken was extermely fresh and crunchy coming from the hot oil and it was delightful to eat. Would go really well with a beer. The beef with pickeld vegetables was a surprise, given the amount of tender beef slices that came with it. Still kinda mad I had to pay for the bowl of rice.“

The server was very attentive and kept our drinks full and make sure we had what we needed. The food is so good. I got the fried rice with chicken and veggies and it was very flavorful. My husband got the hunan chicken and it was moderately spicy and he said it was very tasty. Would absolutely get again and go again. If you can’t make it in just order the takeout.
