“Fantastic lunch experience at this location. I Normally only go to a Mayfield Dairy Queen but these 2 young men that day were on the ball and in their zone! Good job boys the food and service was equal to a Mayfield location and that says alot.

“I’m a little upset. I waited over 20 minutes for my meal and it was wrong :( . I had the taste for tender basket so I order three six piece tender basket meals but got chicken fried steak basket instead. It was still good but really wanted tenders. Was too tired to go back. Next time I’ll check my order before pulling out.“

The ice cream and Italian ice are something incredible. We have never been disappointed, and the one time they accidentally got my order wrong they instantly remade it and were so nice about it. 10/10. Come here.“

“I ordered 4 quarts of the Love potion 31 ice cream on line and set a time of 7 PM. When I called to say I was on my way BR told me they had no such order and that the flavor was not even in yet. I was directed to contact customer support. I contacted CS via e-mail and next day received an e-mail from Jennifer the district manager. Explained the issue and she asked me to come to the store and the funds were refunded as well as a free quart of ice cream for my troubles. Perfect example of turning a bad experience into a positive one. Although I will not use the online ordering option as this was the second issue I have had. Thank you to Jennifer for handling this.“
