“I’m a little upset. I waited over 20 minutes for my meal and it was wrong :( . I had the taste for tender basket so I order three six piece tender basket meals but got chicken fried steak basket instead. It was still good but really wanted tenders. Was too tired to go back. Next time I’ll check my order before pulling out.“

Blizzards and dipped cones are a favorite. Noticed they serve DQ cakes! Can't find this near me in Florida.“

“I'm hooked on the coconut Italian ice. It's sooo good. It's like eating a real coconut, the texture and the flavor. The flavor isn't overpowering and it's just the right amount of sweet. It's so refreshing on a hot Texas day.

I used to be a big fan of a well known snow cone place but their prices are ridiculous, they take too long to serve you, and the product has changed but since I've found Jeremiahs I haven't looked back. Jeremiahs is affordable, faster to serve because it's already made, and a million times a better product.
I do just wish the staff would be a little more professional. Sometimes they don't help you right away because they are talking amongst themselves.“

“I ordered 4 quarts of the Love potion 31 ice cream on line and set a time of 7 PM. When I called to say I was on my way BR told me they had no such order and that the flavor was not even in yet. I was directed to contact customer support. I contacted CS via e-mail and next day received an e-mail from Jennifer the district manager. Explained the issue and she asked me to come to the store and the funds were refunded as well as a free quart of ice cream for my troubles. Perfect example of turning a bad experience into a positive one. Although I will not use the online ordering option as this was the second issue I have had. Thank you to Jennifer for handling this.“
