“so this review is for your mall location in corpus Christi.some reason y'all won't let me post it on their Charley's thing.so I get to the register on Thursday night about 730 and this young lady in a black collar shirt and this tall gentleman with glasses kept ignoring me and not acknowledging that I was standing at register they were to busy talking to one another and was telling him that if she gives him her card can he buy her 4 cart's like last time.is this how you train your employees to treat customers.can you imagine if a cop had been at the register that day things would have turned out differently.you need to train your employees to treat customers better if you expect them to come back.“

“Wings are good, only issue I have is that there's not enough sides being offered, all they have is the cheese bacon french fries and mozzarella sticks. They need mac and cheese coleslaw and maybe some celery and carrot sticks to go with the wings“

“This is by far my new favorite Subway in Corpus Christi. It's the only one that I can find that sells the veggie patties, which I couldn't care less about but the ladies in my family love the veggie patties so it gives me a better reason to go to Subway more often when they get what they want to. ?Not to mention it's very clean and very friendly.“

The lady who helped us at the register worked through my parent's broken english and showed us how we could get a prize by spinning a wheel for our purchase of over $35. “We are from out of town and the Subways in the DFW area are NOWHERE near this store. Sunday 6/8 there were 2 employees during lunchtime and young man and young woman. Again today 6/10 around 430 pm. These 2 are Excellent! Congrats 👏 👏“

The young lady working when I came in made my subs with a smile she was fast and curtious she had a lil rush going on and she handled it.. My sub was perfect thank you for such a great experience.“

“This is the Subway at five points in calallen and the only complaint I have is that the employees do not have their hair back and a hairnet and
they don't wear visors either nor do they wash their hands often. But they were friendly and worked fast and listened to all the instructions.“

“This location recently got a complete needed overhaul visually and with its staff. It is now friendly, efficient, well stocked and most importantly they have my order ready on time and not 30 minutes later. All this in stark contrast to what it was just a month back. Great turn around, try not to mess it up.“

“I called this store today to order a couple of sandwich trays for a group of 15 people. Diana took my call and I explained the online form was not working. She took my order, called me a few minutes before it was due to be ready to let me know everything was good to go, and when I arrived, she helped me pack everything into my car. My team was impressed with the trays when I arrived. I see a lot of bad reviews for this store, but Diana was great and saved the day for our hungry crew.“

“Food is 3 stars because it's cooked pretty fast and has a good taste except sometimes the bread and meat isnt the best

Service is 4 stars because it's not long but not quick either it take 10minutes to get everything done

Atmosphere is 5 stars because it's perfect tempature and good smell

But 1 star for how the tables are because the tables are wobbly

“Great food for a healthy meal idea. Customize it anyway you'd like. My go to is the basic Tuna on Multi grain bread, with only Mayo, Pickles and Pepper. So simple to make at home.. but there's something about that tuna.. can't recreate it. Order ahead on the app and pick it up by the soda fountain.“
