“Super cozy, rustic space in historic downtown Corsicana. Timbers has it all from a great variety of hot and cold beverages to a delicious breakfast, lunch, or snack. This place is all about community, and you will feel it when you step inside. It is owned/operated by the Hines family, who will make you feel welcome and like part of the family! They offer delicious homemade bagels, soups, sandwiches, baked goods, and the best cup of coffee around. There is also a great boutique area with fun clothing, jewelry, and home accessories (they carry Tyler candles/products). I highly recommend Timbers to anyone looking for a relaxing spot for a great cup of coffee, or bite to eat. Timbers is a real gem!“

“Donuts are fresh, tender, slightly chewy in a good way, adaquately iced. Only place I've found that doesn't serve donuts that taste like old oil. Everything I've tried has been good. Jalapeno kolaches are great, the sausage is actually split and filled with a jalapeno filling.“

We purchased the Strawberry Fudge Cake. I have to say it's delicious. The service here is incredible. The ladies and young men are the nicest and food is great. Now here is the downside. The pecans in the fruitcake were rancid tasting. This has also happened in the past but we chose to ignore this. Now at $40 for a cake I chose not to ignore.
