The doordash app wasn't showing the new summer flavors of blizzards so I ordered regular blizzards and talked to him over the phone and he changed them to the new summer flavors I wanted. Additional, he packaged it with care and secured it to where it was safe and fresh/cold to be delivered. Thank You Landon! Give this guy a raise!😁“

“I've been many times but as a diabetic it's not very often. The food is always delicious and the people there very friendly. If language is a little bit of a barrier, have patience the ladies will work to get you exactly what you want. Their customer service is great! Their ice cream is absolutely one of the best in the area, They actually own an ice cream manufacturing place in Dallas and supply a lot of mobile ice cream guys and fruiterias around Dallas. They make quality ice cream and it's delicious because they use ingredients that make it so great, you will taste the difference!“

“Service was good during our visit. The the only issue was that we were charged $18.10 for our order however there were 6 people that came in after us 4 recieved their dessert completely free. The other two young ladies were charged $7.06 for four orders all of us were serviced by a young lady named Sophia.“

“A beautiful little ice cream shop off Belt Line Road. Seating is extremely limited, but the service is excellent. In addition to Mexican traditions such as raspados (snow cones) and licuados (similar to a smoothie), you can still find most of your favorite ice creams, made by Blue Bell. My chocolate shake was perfect, a good size for a medium, and made with three generous scoops of chocolate.

Now, this doesn't mean they're perfect. Leaving aside that the staff speak very little English (phone translation apps are your friend), the prices are at least twice what you'd pay at Braums. But for an occasional indulgence with great local flavor (and a side in nachos and elotes), they're terrific!“

“Shout out to freddys! I did not get the managers name but he was very kind, let me know what happens and still made my order anyways. My sister and I placed online orders under the same name, once I got to freddys they said they only had one. So I got out of drive thru and went in. They were saying the same thing, got the emails saying the orders were placed and the money was took. The man manager in the hat and glasses, ended up making my order for me. I was a lil upset cause I placed it 20 minutes before I arrived. I Didnt make a big fuss and he was very helpful. He did let mw know that if this happens again Id have to wait for the refund. And that is perfectly fine, I was just a little hungrier today 😭 thank you to 11/21/24 closing crew 🫶🏾 and the managers with the team tonight“

“The coolest part of this sonic is the car hops on skates, you don't see this much anymore. Service has been very fast the few times I've come here. Their downfall is sometimes they don't have certain slushie flavors available and as others have said, they're pretty stingy with food. I ordered tots and they weren't completely full...I'm used to having the little tot holder full with a couple in the bottom of the bag. But, what they lack in filling up your food, they make up for in fast and friendly service.“
