“The food was great. They got all my sauces, which never happened. I got the chicken noodle soup ? after having jaw surgery, and it was the perfect soup. I was extremely happy I was able to eat it. Plus, the vanilla milkshake was awesome, not too thick, but it was melted at all. Made my day better! ❤️ plus someone had cows so my husband got me one “

“For the amount of employees that were working and the amount of customers they had in their hands on a Friday night the food was amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious. Cynthia was extremely kind providing such amazing customer service She had the patience to help me navigate through the menu as it was my first time here. I’m currently writing this as I finish up the meal I just purchased from here and let me just say, I’ve been to many Hartz locations and this one is by far exemplary compared to all others! The food was fresh and hot, great portions, no hesitation with giving condiments, great communication, short wait times on food, and to top it all off… the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY THERE! We didn't receive part of our order and instead of calling DoorDash and asking for a refund, after trying the food we did receive, we decided we wanted our complete order because EVERYTHING was so good. we asked for them to just bring us our fries that we were missing and instead the manager said if you come get it we well just replace everything and I am one happy customer to get to eat them AMAZING food tomorrow! Its a little on the higher end for our eating out budget but it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!“

Today they dropped the ball big time, they delivered my order to my house mind you a live 3 minutes away and my sandwich was missing I immediately called let them know she said she would get it delivered to me right away and 40 minutes later I still had no sandwich I called back and the leader or who ever she was said she had sent it out right away but the driver had other deliveries… my thing is you messed up my order so now you’ve made me wait an hour to get a sandwich delivered that you missed the first time.so I do not recommend getting things delivered just in case you’re missing things you won’t be priority to receiving the items missed.“

“I visit this fast food place every chance I get, and while I think the burgers taste delicious, I think two burgers would satisfy me. It doesn't matter if you don't speak English; they'll help you here. The prices are affordable for everyone, and you can eat inside or use the drive-thru. I love this place.“

“On 9/12/25. I showed up at opening time with a order for chicken tenders and sides for 25 people. There were on 4 men working including the manager and cook. While getting the buffet set, filling phone orders and other customers orders. They gave me a time in which my order would be done( 45 minutes) . It was not only done on time but they also loaded it in my car. They were amazing. Excellent customers service. The food was also great. We celebrated my grandmother 's 90th birthday and her favorite chicken is Hartz. I greatly appreciate those men. Highly recommend Hartz on Garth road.“

“This is some of the worst service I have ever had I was ordering through call I tried to order a Caniac combo with a box combo with the kids meal for my three year old son. His name is Geraldine. Yes Geraldine you got a problem with it.
