“If you are driving through cross plains, don't miss this dining experience! We stopped on the recommendation of a friend, which turned out to be one of the best Tex-Mex dining experiences we've had in a long time! We were greeted warmly at the door and welcomed! From there it just got better! We had the combination plate, (which is one of their favorites), and it was absolutely outstanding! The enchilada and the chili green sauce--probably the best enchilada I've ever had. The chicken and beef was spiced perfectly, tender and delicious! The effort in preparation for the meal was substantial. From the warm chips and fresh salsa brought out immediately to the fresh limes in my half and half--deliciously mixed, it was great! Whatever the chef is doing back there they're doing it right! The place was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was very friendly, the restrooms were clean and serviceable. The service was outstanding! The price was incredibly reasonable! Definately a 5-star experience!
We parked right out in front, but we could tell that the pace gets very busy. There is ample parking for trucks with trailers on the west side of the establishment. The location is set back from the main road, (Hwy 36), immediately west of the 4-way intersection on the north side of 36. It is a low roof so you can almost drive right by it, but so glad we found it we will definitely be going back!“
