Brianna blew me away with her kind presence, and especially, her dedication to her customers!

When I asked Brianna why the tip screen disappeared from the card reader; she said it’s so bright outside and so many people struggle with knowing which buttons to press, I always just bypass the option.

I hope she’s acknowledged for her commitment to customer service as it’s very BIG of her to skip out on getting a tip, so that her customers can get on their way.

I also hope this system can be improved, so hard working and dedicated staff members such as Brianna are not missing out on receiving their tips, and furthermore that Brianna is recognized and rewarded for her hard work ethic.

“I want to brag about Malasia!!! She has the sweetest smile and knows exactly what coffee I like. When I walk in the door she asks if I want the same order and always asks me to taste it. She wants to make sure it is perfect before I leave! I go inside the store versus the drive thru because I enjoy talking to her while she is making my coffee.“

“Super nice staff with great attitude when I went in! I went in 3 times in 2 days and they practically read my mind. They knew exactly what I wanted and made it in 15 seconds flat. I believe their names were Ally, Carmen, and Drake (not the rapper) and they made me feel like I was in Cracker Barrel. “I came in stressed from work for a comfort coffee. I was immediately greeted warmly and offered things not even on the menu. I was even asked to “please stay” when I said it was to go. This place lifted my spirits and I left much happier than I came in. It’s also huge in here, so a great place to meet friends…next time.“
