“Friendly service. I usually order on the mobile app before driving here and don't have to wait more than 5 mins for my order when I do the pickup window. They've gotten my order right every time and the coffee is delicious when I need a treat.“

“I came in to Starbucks in Cross Roads the morning of 04/26/24 for coffee and to get some work done and was so impressed with the team of ladies working. The store was absolutely slammed (several cars in the drive through line and about 8-10 people inside), and these ladies were absolutely hustling to get orders completed quickly. Their communication was stellar, often calling out customer names for the drink they were currently working on to let customers know their drinks were almost ready. Everyone worked as a team, helping each other readily, and I never heard any complaining from any of the staff. Despite working under so much pressure, they maintained a friendly atmosphere, greeting new customers and taking new orders with a smile. These employees are an asset to the Starbucks organization, and I hope this review reaches them.“

“I want to brag about Malasia!!! She has the sweetest smile and knows exactly what coffee I like. When I walk in the door she asks if I want the same order and always asks me to taste it. She wants to make sure it is perfect before I leave! I go inside the store versus the drive thru because I enjoy talking to her while she is making my coffee.“

Fries are hit or miss depending on how fresh they are, but when they’re hot and salty, they’re unbeatable. Overall, McDonald’s delivers exactly what you want from fast food—quick, tasty, and reliable.“

“Super nice staff with great attitude when I went in! I went in 3 times in 2 days and they practically read my mind. They knew exactly what I wanted and made it in 15 seconds flat. I believe their names were Ally, Carmen, and Drake (not the rapper) and they made me feel like I was in Cracker Barrel. I’ll be going back again tomorrow morning and tomorrow night to get MORE CAFFEINE.“

“I stopped in with a friend. New to Denton and obviously we were new. The attendant gave us an intro to Kava and a sample to share with us. Enjoyed the visit a lot and the helpful staff. I never leave tips and I ended up doing so. Well earned.“

“I came in stressed from work for a comfort coffee. I was immediately greeted warmly and offered things not even on the menu. I was even asked to “please stay” when I said it was to go. This place lifted my spirits and I left much happier than I came in. It’s also huge in here, so a great place to meet friends…next time.“
