“I placed an order for the 4 for $20 promotion. Out of the 4 drink, I ordered my usual Carmel Ribbon Crunch w/ extra crunch. I placed the order through the app, so I could pick up during my lunch hour. My app notified me that my order was ready, but I still had to wait about 7 min for my order to be prepared. Once leaving, I noticed that my drink had no crunch topping whatsoever. I then called and spoke with Tamara who advised me to come back when I could to replace the order. She even added a breakfast sandwich for me. I will return to this location since it convenient on my way to work. However, I know that I will have to set aside time to stop in the mornings because there is always a wait. Thanks for your great customer service Tamara :)“

“I've only been through the drive-thru since the new McDonald's opened. I can't believe how fast they are. I'm used to sitting and waiting 15-20 minutes at Whataburger. I would say the whole process was less than 4 minutes. All of the staff was very friendly. The chicken nuggets and fries both times have tasted great.“

“Very good iconic restaurant. We enjoyed 90% of our food. The only complaints (minimally) were that a few of the breakfast items were underseasoned. Overall though, this is an excellent breakfast choice.

Outside: They have 8 small tables with a nice tree for shade.“

The only issue i had was the steak i order was chewy, no matter how many times i keek on chewing i could not break the meat down and i was not going to swallow big chunks. “I came through this afternoon around 1:00 and was having a absolutely horrible day prior. I had tried to come this morning but with the first day of school starting this store was super busy. I ended up having to leave without my drink. After working a few stressful hours I came back and explained to them what happened and the girl working the front was absolutely incredible! She was kind and so patient with me while my stressed and scrambled brain tried to tell her what my drink was. I wish I had gotten her name! The drink was amazing per usual at this location.“

“HTEAO in Burleson has consistently been a favorite of mine! The tea is always fantastic, and the quality of service is top-notch. For our recent Thanksgiving party, I picked up several gallons of tea, and it was a huge hit with the family! I was even able to enjoy a free gallon for my birthday as part of their birthday rewards program—such a nice perk during my birthday month!

Placing my order through the HTEAO app was incredibly convenient. I love the variety of options they offer now, including curbside, drive-thru, in-store pick-up, and delivery. You can also choose to have your order prepared immediately or schedule a pick-up time that works best for you. I ran some errands before heading to the drive-thru, and it was so convenient to just give my name and have my order ready to go. The young lady at the drive-thru was super friendly and made the experience even better.

As always, the tea was amazing, and the flavors we ordered were a hit! The family loved trying Blueberry Muffin and Gingerbread Man, alongside the Unsweet and Georgia Peach Mango. I also love exploring their Secret Menu flavors and mixing combinations for something new.

HTEAO continues to impress with its excellent tea, service, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious tea and a seamless experience!“

“Friendliest morning baristas! I come almost everyday to see Kate and Paetyn. Consistently, my coffee is delicious and my interaction is positive. They never let me leave unsatisfied, NEVER. These girls set my day up for success.P.s. this starbucks has quite a bit of regulars, you can tell the baristas love seeing us, and genuinely caring to connect.“
