“Great spot to eat while passing through. The food is great home cooking, just a tad bland. I was upset I barely missed the breakfast cut off. The service was great until it came time for the check. I tried getting my waitresses' attention for a while until I decided to stand and wait. The locals were the best part and made the atmosphere.”

“The staff was wonderful and attentive. However, the food was just ok. I got the carne asada a la mexicana, and it had no flavor at all. They must have forgotten the salt. My daughter had chicken flautas they were good, the beans needed more salt too, and rice was a little greasy.”

“We were there for a large birthday party. They had several waitresses available for us so we well taken care of. They got everyones food order correctly, which is amazing because there had to be at least 30 people in our party. Everything was great.”

“This place is not open yet it's in downtown Cuero Tx the Old historical part of town the place is being restored this place and others when it opens I will update my review I believe it will be very nice. If you like historical places come to Cuero.”

“This has been one of the joints that I have gone to since it was a meat market in front and sometimes they sold Barbecue in the back.
Great food at reasonable prices. In Austin, San Antonio or Lockhart you would pay double for the same amount of food.”
