“Awesome little place! Very clean inside & the service was great! This was my first time here with my brother. First, they brought us some of the best Boracho beans that I’ve ever had! And they also brought us homemade chips that are fried their daily and some sauces and little squeeze bottles. You can dip your chips in the Barracho beans and they are so so good! My brother ordered the chimichanga and it was huge! He couldn’t even finish it and he’s a big guy. His chimichanga had shredded beef in it. I ordered the chilaquillas with fajita chicken on them & they were so incredible! I was sad I couldn’t finish them all! The service was top notch & the food was amazing. I will DEFINITELY be back.“

“Outstanding! Stopped here by chance before doing a little shopping at the Outlets. Service, food and drinks were all exceptional. Unfortunately we don't live close, so we won't be able to visit often, but it will certainly be our go-to spot when we're in the area!“

“My wife and I ate there this afternoon and the food was excellent, service was prompt and attentive. It is a great family atmosphere with a variety of music playing with a colorful atmosphere. I mentioned to the Manager on the way out that the only thing missing was real Salt and Pepper Shakers. Fast food places use the little packets but a nice place like Rudy’s should IMHO have the real thing. We will come again and have a nice meal and a drink and will look forward to using their new Salt & Pepper Shakers!“

“We visit Ambriza nearly every week, mostly at Towne Lake or La Centerra, for everything from casual dinners to birthday parties—the atmosphere is always lively, service is fast and friendly, bar offers quality drinks (ice-cold beers, top-shelf margaritas), fajitas and the Parrillada Mexicana are must-haves, and starters like street corn, empanadas, and ceviche never disappoint—perfect spot for family, friends, or any celebration, always consistent and highly recommended.“

“Just recently moved to Houston and was very amazed that it was a drive thru daiquiri shop here. Only place I thought could do this was New Orleans. But the daiquiris are delicious. The young lady inside was very courteous. I definitely will be returning“

“We just had a Sunday roast dinner here and it was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend this place we tried the chicken tikka masala a couple weeks ago too which was lovely too we plan to try the Thai food next xx“

“Chips and salsa were excellent as was the queso dip and chips. I had the taco soup and shrimp enchiladas and it all was excellent. We sat on the patio which was very nice. We will defiantly be going back soon.“

“I do believe after several (5years) that the brunch menu could change. Also when we chose Mia Bella because we have 2 birthdays to celebrate, a candle would not be too expensive. We were informed this Sunday that they do not recognize birthdays.“

“1st time visiting this establishment, and I live out of state. I ordered the Fajita Burrito, and it was amazing! The meat was so tender, and the flavor was spot on. Also, the portion was so big that I've gotten 2 meals out of it. The server was nice and attentive but not intrusive. Great place will have again when I come back to visit.“

“I’ve driven past Pickles for as long as I can remember, and tonight I finally decided to stop in. Honestly, I couldn’t have made a better choice. The moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by the owner and a couple of his friends, it felt more like walking into someone’s home than a bar.
Pickles has this old Cypress vibe that you just don’t find anymore, and being there reminded me of summers with my family back in the day. The whole place had that comfortable, familiar feel, almost like hanging out in your uncle’s cool bar.
They even taught us how to play shuffleboard (Tuesdays and Sundays are shuffleboard nights if you’re looking for some competition). We came in on a Saturday, and while it was a little quiet, it didn’t matter. The owner and the folks there made sure we felt welcome, and the slower pace actually made it even more personal.
Pickles is genuine, nostalgic, and one of a kind. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, this is it. 100% worth a visit.“
