Chili's in Dallas

“I came here late at night on a business trip. I was sitting at the bar and mid-meal sharted myself. mortified, i explained the situation to the bartender, Reyne. She let me politely excuse myself back to my hotel across the highway to clean up.
When i got back, my southwestern egg rolls were waiting under a heat lamp, still crispy and perfect. Reyne even gave me a margarita on the house. Maybe she felt sorry for me, but a friendship was made at chili's that night.“

“I would give a solid 5 stars based on the restaurant chain tiers. 20-30 bucks even with bar tender service.
Well-trained service; very decent fajita (I didn't try their wings or fast food because as the Mexican chain why don't you try their signature?). Overall it is a well-rounded decent restaurant I wouldn't go wrong with their typical Mexican dishes.“

“A coworker encouraged me to try the Cajun pasta. I like shrimp so I ordered the ultimate Cajun pasta. It was so delicious and the toast was good also! I was missing my extra toast I ordered. The manager quickly refunded me. Very professional! Will order again!“

“I was very impressed with our server, Dylan, and the teamwork we saw during lunch. Dylan was so polite and attentive. We had three other people helping run our food and prebus our table. The manager also stopped by to check on us and we told him the food was outstanding! The Triple Dipper was so delicious and mom loved her Oldtimer hamburger. It's so nice to see that Chili's has re-established great food and wonderful service as priorities.“

“I had an outstanding experience at Chili’s. The service was exceptional—every staff member I interacted with was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely attentive, which meant a lot as someone who is disabled. It’s rare to find a team so ready and willing to assist without hesitation.

Chili’s also has a few vegan options available, which I really appreciate. I ordered the Oldtimer with the Impossible burger, customized with no bun, no cheese, and all the veggies. The burger was delicious, and the staff made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I needed it.

My total came to $15.30, and I gladly tipped $5.00, bringing my amount to $20.30—well worth it for the quality of service I received.

Overall, the food was great, and the staff was absolutely over the top in the best way. Highly recommend this location in the Airport!“

“Team Maxwell - Ride or Die's!
My friend and I came here because I was craving their lava cake. We were luck enough to get Maxwell, who was kind, funny, fast, and professional. He exceeded expectations. I let him know that I wanted to close out the tab immediately, and some servers will be far less attentive after you paid.
Not him.
He made sure we were taken care of until the moment we left.

Overall, it was a great atmosphere filled with friendly and lively energy.

10/10 experience, will def come back and request Maxwell!
