When I ask for hot fresh fried okra why did you take what was already cooked and refry it now its hard dark and greasy!!!!....and the chicken was not hot it was hard and it had been cooked a while....I want my $15.00 back...throw the whole meal in the trash?

I go to eat there very often, and they serve me very well but the other time I was served by a woman who looked like the owner was not wearing a uniform and could not finish taking my order, she had to ask for help halfway through my order, and a cashier finished taking my order, this woman limited herself to giving me only the part of the order that she took and she never cared about the other part of my food, and she still gave it to me wrong!
