“EVERYTHING about this pace was top notch. You’d think John Taffer from Bar Rescue had been here before. Service - friendly, prompt, informative. Vibe - a whole vibe. The singer during brunch, Rebecca Dena has an angel’s voice. We never felt rushed, got great recommendations on the menu and felt welcome and appreciated the whole time. Our server, Coco, was beyond amazing. As a business owner myself I’d try to steal her away if I didn’t know she and the owners are family. You can tell when management cares - when owners are present and care. This will be a staple every time I visit Dallas. Had the chicken and waffles and my greedy cousin (lol) had the Rasta Pasta and some special velvet waffle. All excellent choices. I’m a fan. 5 stars.“

“Definitely a little whole in the wall shop. The first thing you walk into is a motorcycle staged by the door and chalk work along the wall behind it. There's different styles of seating, and probably because of the time of day, there was plenty of seating. I got a classic white chocolate mocha, and it was deliciously rich. Paired it with an omelet bagel, and I know I will be happily satisfied for the day. Loved having that touch of green in the bagel and the size of the omelet did not disappoint! 10/10 I'm coming back again!“

“This was an amazing experience! The barista was wonderful (wish I’d gotten his name). He was patient while I made my decision and offered great advice on a selection. The coffee, while just black, was amazing in flavor. To my surprise they offer free ice water in both still and sparkling and copper cups to boot! The decor is a fun, shabby-chic and the vibe is welcoming, warm and friendly. I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in town!“

From the Blue Eyed Soul Burn playing in the background as theme music, to the array of eye medicine in every direction. The coffee is smooth and well-prepared—no burnt shots, no shortcuts—and the menu has enough variety without being overwhelming. “I love houndstooth! They're a chain (small) that always serves the freshest coffee and has a large selection of beans from Tweed - a local roaster. Their food selection is quite limited, but there are a lot of restaurants around it if that's what you want. Their coffee is their main event, especially their espresso, though their matcha is great too. I would always recommend paying the extra 50¢ for their single origin espresso, but maybe that's just me!
They also have a LOT of seating, indoor and outdoor. They have a seating area separate from the shop, so there is very little noise there (genius)!“
