So, if you're at DFW and have time to head to concourse B, Cousin's BBQ is a much better choice. I tried Dickey's because I was on C and didn't have time.The food was disappointing but not bad. I had the 3 meat plate. The pulled pork was tough and not very flavourful. The brisket was ok, but I missed that Texas brisket flavor and smoke. It was more like slow cooker roast. Stopped in with a friend to have a drink while at the Dallas airport. We ordered 2 cosmopolitans, nothing special. I was a bit surprised that our bill ended up being $50. I'm aware airport prices are always higher but this seemed excessive for what we ordered. The atmosphere is very casual bbq and the service was very minimal. Jose’s service went above and beyond for me. When you enjoy treating people well the food tastes even better. And for DFW airport BBQ this location for me tops it off. Will be returning.
