“I had a pleasant experience at this location with great food and minimal wait time. Jerry, the cashier, provided excellent and joyful customer service that really made my visit memorable. His positive attitude and attentiveness stood out. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be returning to this location whenever I’m in the area.“
“Employees are friendly despite the fact that this location is CONSTANTLY busy! I like to order ahead through the app and my orders have never been incorrect. It can be hard to hear the employees/for them to hear you because of how echoey the lobby is, but that’s nobody’s fault.“
“Glad there’s a Panera by downtown Dallas. It’s somewhat tucked away from the hubbub yet still at a conveneint location. Parking’s good & free considering the location. It’s been here for awhile too—since 2008. Good sized servibgs compared to other more meager Panera servings of the same items. Service is ok. Not the happiest or warmest of people but still like their efficiency. Bathroom’s need a code. Could do with an Interior update as well.“
“I have a sip club subscription and use it regularly. The salads are my favorite food source there. You can even customize most salads with up to five additional items, many at no extra charge. The various managers in all locations I have been to are super nice. They could improve on keeping coffee hot and supplied, food preparers a little more customer oriented, and please bring in some gluten-free bagels, bread, and bakery selections!“
“We were in the airport in the morning and looking for something to eat. We passed this Panera Bread location and found the prices to be pretty reasonable for airport food. They have kiosks that you can order at, and then check the status of your order on a screen near the pick-up window. My partner got the classic avocado toast. I ordered an asiago bagel with cream cheese, and the cream cheese was $1. I was thinking that the cream cheese was going to be on the bagel, but they gave me a somewhat small cup which I was a little disappointed with. It was enough cream cheese, though. They got our order out within 5 minutes of placing it, and everything was packaged nicely. They have a small seating area and we were able to get a table. Overall, we had a nice time here, I would definitely recommend it for a quick breakfast.“
“Sip Club post - Panera has a customer loyalty program called Sip Club. For a small monthly charge (various discounts on price offered during the year for new subscribers or renewals) you get UNLIMITED “sips” - ie, beverages - for the month. I’ve been here three times in one day. Limited to open access beverages only - see pics. Not on handcrafted beverages. Sips include hot and iced coffee, sweet and unsweetened tea, hot teas and sodas. All free with Sip Club! Coffee creamers include 2%, Half and Half and Almond milk. You can order ahead or at the kiosk as you walk in. Busy times are traditional meal times. Plenty of open, surface parking immediately outside the restaurant.“
