“It was fresh. Barbeque Chicken Bone out. I ate eight of them. No shame in my game. Half of an Apple ?? pie ?. The food was picked up by Ms. Charlie. I have not yet sit and eat there. That was the 2nd time that the food was good. I would think that the service is pretty good. I go into the convenience store to check or buy a ticket most of the time.
Parking: There are gas ⛽⛽ pumps at that location. It's busy all the time. You need to be able to take your time.“
“4 STARS FOR FAST FOOD LEVEL ONLY--because of that spicy chicken sandwich which is so damn good! This review is really just for the sandwich. I hit this place occasionally in the Drive-Thru, get the sandwich all by itself. Or two of them. I just love them. Popeyes for the win.“
“Honestly this place wouldn’t have satisfied me if I didn’t receive good customer service from a front counter employee named Oscar. He was smiling, attentive, unique, courteous, and enthusiastic with me during our interaction. Truly a splendid employee. First time i’ve ever left a review commending an employee. Bravo oscar.“
“I wanted another chicken place yesterday but the wait was 15 minutes for the wait so I was like ill go somewhere else this Popeyes was half a block down so decided to stop and come in,the store was clean the employees was nice and smiling,joking around haven a good time with each other even put me in the mix of their convo which was cool,I'll be back again.“

“I was pleasantly surprised coming to this place. TBH a lot of fast food places suck, you have to deal with attitudes from staff or incorrect orders, etc. The cashier was extremely nice and got my order out fast with no mistakes. That’s all you can ask for. Popeyes is making good strides.“
“absolutely awesome! got up there first thing in the morning, place was clean food was ready promptly served, food was hot fresh and ready to go in just a couple minutes. and he picked the chicken from the back and the biggest pieces at that. WILL BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!! don't how they are in the middle of the day, i show up right as they open which guarantees the best service. either that or you find out they really hate their job and never return. “The food was great air fresh. The staff they were great and kind.
There was not much of a waiting line it wasn't too busy at 2:00 in the afternoon.
It was clean and spacious. The only thing it didn't have was a area for the kids to play.
Other than that I will be a return customer.

Dietary restrictions: I'm not sure about the dietary restrictions as well.

“They put a smile on my face because the person waiting on me did everything he was supposed to and did not take shortcuts. This made me smirk a little but that was fun because another person saw me and we smiled a knowing smile at each other. I.e. I just want my food and leave but a plastic bag was required to hold my box. So online order, ready to go quickly and kept me happy. Tasted nice and crispy which I like alot!!“
“I went through the drive thru. This is my first time going to Popeyes since I've been in Texas. The chicken was hot and fresh. The biscuit was fresh and soft. Coleslaw was fresh. They were young guys with great attitudes and soon as I pulled up to the window I paid and my order was ready.“
“Was in the hospital for a few days and needed some good food and they did not disappoint. The guy taking my orders seem like he was a very young man, but he literally took my order perfectly, asked the right questions, did not rush me, and made the process seamless. Ask someone with social anxiety situations like these are very awkward, but I was very happy with this experience. I bought a big box deal for six bucks, which was a great deal three tenders, two sides, a biscuit, and for an extra dollar a drink. I’ve gone to a previous location before and I did not know you could add a drink for an extra dollar.
Food came out fresh, everything was good even the drink. The six dollar big box is a great deal. I think it will fill almost anyone up and this is coming from someone who complained that three strips wasn’t enough food.“
“Place was a bit dirty like they needed to wash the tables and clean soda area. The food was fresh and hot. All was good but the biscuits had an off putting strawberry taste. These were the plain biscuits and the faint flavor made them taste like soap. Other than that all was good.“

“I have visited this location probably 4 times in about 2 months and every time the food is hot, it’s fast, my order is correct, the front staff is courteous, calm and attentive. One time I visited and the a/c was broken and the front staff was just as nice. I hated they even had to work that day but all of the men working that day were working hard in that heat! I’ve been in when customers were rude and complaining and the staff just keeps calm and serves with respect. Once the front staff worker was working alone doing inside and drive thru at the same time! And doing it efficiently. Good job Popeyes on Wheatland!“
“Great serving staff. Small mixup in the drive thru. Ordered a large wind combo and was charged and served for regular.
Fixed the problem and didn't change me for the mistake. This is the right way to treat customers. This is how it used to be, nowadays good service is hard to find.
Wings were amazing, fresh biscuits and hot & fresh chicken.
When I'm in the area I'm stopping by again.“
“Last few time I visited it felt like Owas an inconvenience & something took almost 5 minutes to acknowledge me. Now going to the one at Beltline & Plano. Attentive service, but seemed to take longer to get our order than I think it should.“
“I got sweet and spicy wings instead of Sweet and smoky Chipotle wings. So they messed up my order initially but I'm not a sourpuss. That wasn't the end of the world. The staff was really accommodating and I ended up having to wait a few minutes but got a fresh order. There's a girl in here with red hair and tattoos on her hand and she was so polite and understanding. I commend her for her customer service cause I'm used to being met with a much more rude attitude in other Popeyes locations. I'd definitely return to this one specifically“

“This is the Popeyes store closest to my apartment. By far the best wings in N Dallas. They're very generous with the sauce that goes on the wings this makes the forest ln location better and more satisfying than others in the surrounding area.

“The workers are always busy, have lines, and seem short staffed - but they make a go of it. Given the volume of people they move through there, the place always looks like a tornado hit it. But the food is solid Popeye's food. Their chicken sandwiches are my fav!“
“I go to this location on my way home from work. Every time my food is fresh the customer service is A1. I believe Daniel and Joey I think I messed up a name but those guys are doing an awesome job. I will continue to visit when I need chicken.“
