Went there during lunch time. Bartender was nice. Really good drink. They made sure to let us know we count seat anywhere bc we were general admission, even though we were literally the only people there for the one hour we were there.
Shockingly bad waitress service. We couldn’t get her attention, even though she walked passed us looking grumpy more than a dozen times.We then heard her complaining to the manager that everybody was ordering at the bar, when she never cleared our table which had 10 empty glasses or acknowledge us!The bar man was also a trainee, very slow, didn’t understand or find the ingredients. This was the place to be at the Statler. I’m sure it is bumping on weekends and all the time in the summer. We went off-season at night and enjoyed beautiful rooftop views. Although it was winter we felt comfortable while sitting at the bar.During the slow season, it is a great place to enjoy cocktails and watch the game. But the busy season is a totally different vibe, DJ and dancing. I’m sure it could be very loud and crowded.
