“I received an online coupon in my Yahoo email account for 5 FREE wings, but could not get it to work. The gentlemen at the register was kind enough to navigate it for me, and I got my free wings. He really seemed to know what he was doing and was not giving me 20 questions or trying to make it difficult. He took it upon himself to ring it up properly, and I was very impressed with his professional attitude and his customer service skills.

Edit: I was able to find out the cooks name , Nicole and Danella (cashier) who is super pleasant and has taken my order a few times. It has been very consistent at this location!“

Recommend the lemon pepper, regular hot, honey barbecue. The Mango Habenaro is good, but can be a little syrupy.

“We place an online order for pick up at 11:35 pm. We arrive a little early to the restaurant. When we arrived, they told us we could not get our food as the time slot we chose, our food was not ready, and we would have to wait. We waited almost 15 minutes just so we could get our food based on the time slot. Damn shame.“

“I can't really rate the atmosphere because I ordered delivery. I've had Wingstop once before in Richardson and wondered what the fuss was about because it was mediocre at best but this was much much better. The wings were perfectly done and the tenders were huge and done well, the sauce was nice too. I finally figured why some really like it because this time I did.“

“I just want to say the wings in Dallas are definitely different from the wings in LA. I don’t know if it’s the seasoning or the cook time but Dallas does it for me!!! I am kind of salty about the cashier not warming my brownie. They are usually always warm but she claimed they cannot warm them. “Ordered online and wingstop staff called and advised me meal was ready. Staff was professional and had great customer service. Upon arrival,I was greeted with smiles. They verified my name and my food was already ready for pickup. I ordered the new chicken sandwich and it was amazing. It was juicy, thick and tasty. I had the hickory bbq sandwich. The fries were fresh and tasty. I also ordered 5 garlic parmasean wings on the side which was also good. Overall the food was amazing and service was great.“
