“Justin is the best employee that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I placed an order earlier and called because my pizza's were burnt. Justin explained that the lights had gone out and thought the team members had remade my order. He apologized for the issue and immediately put two new pizzas in the oven. About 40 minutes later he called stating that the driver hadn't taken my order to deliver and personally delivered the pizzas himself. What could have been a bad experience was saved by an employee who truly understands customer service. Thank you Justin, for all you do!“

“We held my husband’s birthday here at TO 3 last weekend and the staff was so accommodating for a large group of 20. Our waitress Kathy was so sweet and so tentative. Our whole group had a really good time and enjoyed the food. They also had clear walls up and heaters around the patio so you could still enjoy the outside views. 10/10 👌“

“Maybe I walked in at the wrong time but got there as they were discussing issues they had with the last customer and continued as i asked for my pickup order. The issue continued into my order because my wings were not ready as well, even though we got a phone text saying it should have been ready 5 minutes before I got there. The good thing is they figured it out and got me out of there in a timely matter. Hopefully, this was just a fluke, and they handle their business accordingly most of the time.“
