“I went in on Sunday and I ordered a sugar cookie latte. I did not enjoy that. I went to the register and let them know I did not like it and asked if I could get something else. Lana was so kind and understanding. Not only did she let me switch out my drink free of charge but she asked me what flavors I like and made me a sample of something she drinks that she said I may like and it has now become my new regular order! Love the girls at this location but I want to give a special thanks to Lana for the new drink.“
