Snack portion that we got to try out before close (10pm)Pastor:The pastor was alright, on a taco by itself I feel like it lacked a little flavor, but nothing the salsa bar can’t fix.($1ea.)Salsa bar had like 6 different salsas with some pickled onion and jalapeños you could appease yourself to. The salsa was good, just a little too runny for my taste.Gringas:Aren’t gringas supposed to be a quesadilla de pastor (trompo) with aguacate inside? Regardless this compared to a taco does NOT COMPETE! Sergio popped up with his grill and served fresh tacos to our guests in our back yard. It was the best and everyone loved it! Can’t recommend them enough!“

“I really like this plactakeoye off Freeport St. I have been going to this lady and her taco stand for a long time and she is not expensive like most places in Channelview also its full corn or flour tortilla and she doesn't charge extra for cheese . Momma is what I call her she is a great Spanish cook.. I was able to get 6 tacos meat and cheese for under $ 15. Feed 4 people .She is on the right hand side before Bonham St .“

“I go here pretty often when i need my taco fix. I would say on average itll take 8-10m for her to get your order ready. I had to leave a review because her beans actually have vienna sausages or hotdogs in them. The beans actually have spices and flavor to it compared to other trucks. I like it. Its good. I also tried the watermelon agua fresca. It was massive and very refreshing for the summer heat. Will definitely try the other drinks later.All the typical stuff you will find at a taco food truck is here. Homegirl is solid.“

“On several occasions I have purchased from this food truck and I liked the taste of the suadero. They serve you the tacos accompanied by cilantro onion, grilled onion with jalapeño, lemon and sauces. Just today when I passed by I realized that they no longer give charro beans with the order anymore. They sell them and yes I bought them but they were only boiled beans, they didn't taste like charro beans. The service at the window is good. The lady in the morning was very friendly from the moment I called to place the order and when she delivered it to me.“
