I pass by this place every day, so I thought it would be a good place to try their seafood since it was Ash Wednesday. Which means fasting and no meat. They didn't disappoint.Good New Orleans seafood flavor. Of course, I had fried oysters and shrimp with a side of French bread. We also had fried Calamari, not your typical New Orleans seafood appetizer, but they were delicious! Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! I expected limited healthy options but there is plenty to choose from and the food is delicious. The inside and outside is clean and the atmosphere is great. I loved the live music they had tonight. The girl that took our order was very nice. We will definitely be coming back!
I took my two UNT student sons, their friend, and my youngest son to eat lunch there on a Saturday. It was a fun atmosphere with interesting decor, as well as spacious with comfy seating. The staff was friendly and helpful.The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone thought their food was amazing, even my youngest son, who is an extremely picky eater.
