“The food as always is fantastic and I've never had a bad taco here. However, it is almost routine to get the wrong order, or missing parts of the order, or order something to go and have it brought out to you to eat there, or vice versa. There are often a lot conversations when they bring your food out light. We had chips and salsa as well, to which the server usually has a baffled response. Really? okay. Sure. I'll be back in 10 minutes with some chips and salsa!“

“Grandpas tacos has been in Spicewood for as long as I can remember….eating them takes me back to my childhood!! The family that runs the truck are just wonderful. The homemade salsa is to die for and really creates an authentic tastebud experience! Highly recommend! I’ve been going back for about 20 years!“

“Just ordered an Asada Torta from here for the first time and it was perfect. Tender and perfectly seasoned asada on a large roll with onions, cilantro, avocado, and a little mayo. It’s the best one I’ve had in Texas! Their “mild” green sauce is tasty but has a decent kick so get it on the side. The staff was friendly and everything looked clean. Highly recommend De La O Kitchen!“
