I love finding local hole in the wall places to eat when I travel. This place does not disappoint! The food is fresh and amazing. Expect to wait, everything is made to order and fresh. It is well worth the wait! I highly recommend this place.
Super DELICIOUS! ❤️Everything was delicious. Very well prepared. Nothing was old or gummy.Everything was very delicious! You won't regret it.The aguachiles were not chewy/gummy nor did they have any smell.

The best ceviche and aguachiles ever, every time we go it doesn’t disappoint. Aguachiles El Vale (aguachiles negros) are hands down the best, very fresh and perfect level of spice, paired up with their own made tostadas, all to die for and price is reasonable. Will definitely keep going.
