McDonald's in El Paso

“This mcdonalds is similar to the rest but has an indoor play place which is cool. The consumers are a bit older so if you're taking your kids to play with kids they won't see anyone really unless a grandparent has their grandchildren. The reason I couldn't give a 5 star is the bathrooms have a code, which sucks when you have an emergency and have to wait for a staff member to open or give you the code“

“Very good service and the security is an excellent person and very helpful. I stopped by for a cafe at night and needed to be there for a few hours since my bus to Los Angeles left in an hour. The truth is I felt very safe in the place, and the security was very friendly.“

“This store on Yarborough and North Loop is very nice. Staff are great, they treat old folks like people not " get out of here". We enjoy a couple of cups of coffee and just chill out. There's a great play area for little ones. There's even a door that closes when spirits get too high. We love it here!“

“Need to put a soda fountain it stops the employees from doing their work when their is a shortage of employees, one person can't do everything. And it's not the managers fault or the employees it's who plan the lay out of the facility.“

“i had placed and order through uber with 2 happy meals . the little mcdonald’s happy meal box was inside the happy meal but with no toy? and it was only 5 nuggets instead of 6, i then called the store and the manager told me it’s a factory issue and that it’s not the first time it happens. I’m sorry but that shouldn’t be my problem maybe check the toys before you give them out to customers.“

“I mean, Its McDonalds so the food is pretty unilaterally the same. But, this location was clean, friendly and had a short wait time when I went. There are far worse locations. The food was hot, well put together and good (Ive had a "big breakfast" as well as the quarter pounder meal here) so no complaints. If I crave McDonald's, I'll definitely go here again.“

“I order a number 7 which two cheeseburgers, and I got one McChicken sandwich and one cheeseburger. How do you go get them mix up. I guess they can't tell what is beef or chicken. I ask two BBQ sauce, and I only get one. On the receipt I pay for two BBQ and two cheeseburger meal.“

“I went to this McDonals the other day when after school with some of my friends to eat before working on a project. The staff that attended us in the cash registers was really nice, specially that ginger girl with the eyeliner, shoutout to her. The only reason i wouldn't give it 5 stars was because they gave me regular Dr. Pepper instead of Diet and that there was homeless people outside and inside asking for money, so me and my friends felt kinda harassed.“

“It's a Mickey D's, nothing special, got my food, but check your food especially pies, I had hours old pies, I was like, WHAT!?!? Make sure yall food is fresh, especially when it is during slow hours, so 4 stars. “My grandson and I were coming out of the parking lot, and we saw a Lady holding a baby boy and two little girls seating on a wagon. She was holding a sign, but I never read what was written. I just got my wallet out, and we handed her some money. She said something about food, but my grandson said it would be hard for her to get something. So he drove to the other side of Joe Battle and went to McDonalds. We got lunch for all four of them, and waters too. Feels good, no matter how BIG or small the hegift is. 🥰🥰🥰🥰“

“Was greeted in spanish at the drive through. I thought for a minute I was across the the border. Then paying at window. The employee gives me total in spanish. I responded with a n EXCUSE ME. She had to call her Co worker to help her cause she does not understand English. I live in the USA ??. WE are in the USA ??“

“The Mickey D's on Dyer by Sanders is always on point! Staff is always friendly and helpful and usually pretty fast. Not like the other NE MDs where staff are rude and take forever, I will drive the few extra miles to go here as opposed to the one on Dyer and Fred Wilson. Keep up the great work!“

“I had a little issue with my order I called and right away a lady named Jennifer picked up was patient with me. She was very professional Spoke to me very well and she my fixed my issue right away I could hear that they were busy and she still took the time to listen to my issue instead of hanging up like all the other McDonald’s I’ll definitely be coming back here. “This McDonald’s is next level good! I went at like 3am after the bars. I put in a mobile order, but there was some sort of system glitch, so they initially told me my order could not be processed, and would be refunded. I was obviously annoyed by this, but then the manager, Catherine, came around, and said that they would make it work for me. Beyond that, the person who took my order, Sania, was the perfect example of how to deal with a less than friendly person in the middle of the night, and Irving, who was also in the discussion with me when I was irritated, was super cool and professional. They made me my food, and even upgraded my drink, which I didn’t deserve, I vow to be less Karen in the future, even if I’m hangry. Thank you all.“

“Don't remember the girls name at the register but she was very friendly and patient. She sang part of a song with the kids made us all laugh and others in the restaurant also joked with her because she was a happy spirit. The area seems dark and gloomy like a rest area but the vibes from the girl made things cheery.“

“We like to take our daughter to play at the play place but it’s disgusting. I don’t think they even clean it or at least disinfect it. The seats always have crumbs or dirt. The carpet dont look like they have been vacuum because there is crap all over the floor and we got here after opening. If it looks like this at opening it’s even worse when you come at closing.
