“I go here after work often. For some reason there’s near to no one there around 5pm and I’m always so confused because this is the best panda in the whole city. They’re still new so they’re heavily aligned to their corporate standards which I hope stays consistent. Food is always on point. I just went through the drive thru and Humberto was amazing. The best customer service. Efficient, nice, and attentive. His service was the reason I decided to write a review, honestly. 10/10“

“Food taste very good and employees are hard workers. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the counter I was told that it would take them about 15 minutes to prepare my order. Only 2 employees at the counter and working register. These are amazing employees.
No one else in front or behind me, but they had a bunch of orders to prepare. I guess profits must be good using minimum amount of employees.“

“Food is good service is poor 😫 ask for chow mein and sesame chicken can't find the sesame chicken? But I got a lot of chow mein.
So I'm paying for chow mein not with sesame chicken 🤔 will not go there again. So if anyone goes there make sure you get for what you're paying for!!“

“Stephanie deserves a raise because she served us and unknowingly facilitated a spiritual experience. She was super friendly and patient while I ordered a bowl with chow mein, orange chicken, and a Bai coconut drink (elite combo, no notes). The food was so good we finished everything—no leftovers, no regrets.
Then came the fortune cookie. After absolutely destroying our bowls, I open mine and it says: “All your doubts will end soon.” Excuse me??? I just wanted dinner, not emotional closure 😭 Between Stephanie’s great service, the flawless food, and the fortune cookie reading me for filth, this place really did more than expected. 10/10, would eat here again for both nourishment and guidance.“

“I rarely eat here because of how bland the food is but I’m trying to eat a bit cleaner than McDonald’s (I’m a trucker) so it was a pleasant surprise when I started eating and I had to stop and write this review. Every other Panda Express cook needs to take notes. These guys do it right.“

“Great service today staff was very accommodating to my forgetfulness due to pregnancy brain when ordering lunch for my nursing staff. Fresh food was made for my large order as well instead of pawning off the food that had been sitting there. Much appreciated today. Mahalo!“

“I don’t know why the previous reviews say the service was terrible. On the contrary, the service was excellent.

I ordered a family meal, and when I arrived to pick it up, the staff was friendly and attentive. One of the gentlemen even gave me a complimentary water cup while I waited. I was also given an update: “Hey, they’re still working on it—it’s almost ready.”

The staff was hustling, getting those orders out accurately and quickly. You could even hear them communicating with the kitchen. Service like clockwork.“

“love the not-so-Chinese food, especially if you are a Chinese who has traveled to China, Singapore and Hong Kong. i guess it's American Chinese food... or those Chinese who doesn't speak Mandarin Chinese at all. 😁 hahaha! and are super defensive about it.“

“Finally, all the plates made that I wanted including the super greens and chicken with green beans; they even had the fire chicken. I have walked out of panda express in Phoenix and los angeles because they discontinued the food I enjoy. Good to see this panda making and having ready enjoyable and healthy dishes.“

“I had an awesome experience at this Panda Express location today. I came in already a little flustered because I had forgotten my wallet and needed to check if they took Apple Pay. The person who helped me, Necaelle, immediately made my day better. Her vibe was super uplifting and positive from the moment I walked in.

Throughout the whole ordering process, she was friendly, patient, and just genuinely happy to help. She also gave me what looked like regular, proper portions (which I really appreciate, especially these days when portions can sometimes feel small in a drive-thru). It really made a difference.

Overall, it was a 10/10 experience—especially considering I didn’t even plan on going inside. The food was great, and Necaelle’s amazing attitude truly made my day. Thank you!“

“Everything was pretty good, except the food. It didn't meet expectations. The grilled Teriyaki chicken was flavorless & it had a weird taste (like freezer burnt taste). The only thing that was decent was the fried rice and rangoons. This was our first time at Panda Express and more than likely the last.“
