Panda Express in El Paso

“I rarely eat here because of how bland the food is but I’m trying to eat a bit cleaner than McDonald’s (I’m a trucker) so it was a pleasant surprise when I started eating and I had to stop and write this review. Every other Panda Express cook needs to take notes. These guys do it right.“

“Food is always great, employees are very nice. My only issue, if my order comes out to 10.93, and I pay with a 20, I should be getting 9.07 back, not 9.05. Some folks like saving their change, some people dont, but never assume. Im sure if my order came out to 10.93, and I always gave 10.91, I wonder if you would allow that to slide, specially if it was continuous.“

“My food was delicious but if you get the plate with three choices I suggest you get the two choices cuz they put the favorite one in the little box LOL and you always have to ask him for your teriyaki sauce have you asked for teriyaki chicken 🍗“

“Stephanie deserves a raise because she served us and unknowingly facilitated a spiritual experience. She was super friendly and patient while I ordered a bowl with chow mein, orange chicken, and a Bai coconut drink (elite combo, no notes). The food was so good we finished everything—no leftovers, no regrets.
Then came the fortune cookie. After absolutely destroying our bowls, I open mine and it says: “All your doubts will end soon.” Excuse me??? I just wanted dinner, not emotional closure 😭 Between Stephanie’s great service, the flawless food, and the fortune cookie reading me for filth, this place really did more than expected. 10/10, would eat here again for both nourishment and guidance.“

“The staff are so incredible here. We came to eat lunch here and every 10 minutes, the staff came around to our table to see if we needed anything. Wow, we have never had that happen. Props to this Panda Express for paying attention to their customers.“

“I love this location because it is always busy, so that your food is freshly cooked. They give big scoops always, and I like all the dishes. The service is very good, friendly and professional still. Nataly and Diana are the best, Im sure the rest of the team is amazing too, I just didnt have chance to know all the names.“

“I want to highlight a young lady who helped me out replacing an order when I was standing at the food counter for over 5 minutes while everyone else was understandably frustrated, but Ms. Sheccid, if I’m spelling her name correctly, came to my rescue. Despite my irritation, I made sure to express that my frustration was directed at the situation, not at her. She remained professional and kept a smile on her face while quickly resolving the issue. While I may not have experience in the food industry, I served 20 years in the military, and one lesson that stands out is the importance of communication. It's essential to keep people informed, even if it means waiting longer than expected. All I ask for is acknowledgment; it's a simple courtesy. It's disappointing to see 10-12 staff members behind the counter while no one is tending to customers. Service should be a priority.“

“I had an awesome experience at this Panda Express location today. I came in already a little flustered because I had forgotten my wallet and needed to check if they took Apple Pay. The person who helped me, Necaelle, immediately made my day better. Her vibe was super uplifting and positive from the moment I walked in.

Throughout the whole ordering process, she was friendly, patient, and just genuinely happy to help. She also gave me what looked like regular, proper portions (which I really appreciate, especially these days when portions can sometimes feel small in a drive-thru). It really made a difference.

Overall, it was a 10/10 experience—especially considering I didn’t even plan on going inside. The food was great, and Necaelle’s amazing attitude truly made my day. Thank you!“

“Finally, all the plates made that I wanted including the super greens and chicken with green beans; they even had the fire chicken. I have walked out of panda express in Phoenix and los angeles because they discontinued the food I enjoy. Good to see this panda making and having ready enjoyable and healthy dishes.“

“Everything was pretty good, except the food. It didn't meet expectations. The grilled Teriyaki chicken was flavorless & it had a weird taste (like freezer burnt taste). The only thing that was decent was the fried rice and rangoons. This was our first time at Panda Express and more than likely the last.“
