“The employees at the Executive location are top-tier. I couldn’t pick up my mobile order due to traffic, and I called, and they offered to hold my sticker order and remake it later the same day. I really appreciate their kindness and service.“

“I love Starbucks but this time I was disappointed because I order an ice duvi chocolate mocha and was very very strong in flavor and they did not added the pistachio flavor which is the duvi chocolate flavor. “It's only been my third time coming to this Starbucks because it's a bit out of the way for me and the only thing that makes me mad is that I haven't started coming sooner. I come to study and staff is extremely respectful. I was greeted and given attention as soon as I walked in despite their busy drive thru line! I also observed the way they interacted with other customers and it was consistent the whole time I stayed. You can tell they've built healthy relationships with their regulars it was heartwarming to see. I used the restrooms a few times too and both are maintained really well. I usually wait to get home because public restrooms are typically gross but def not here. The staff have undoubtedly created a comfortable environment whether you're just dropping by to pick up, staying for a study session or conversing with friends. AND the drinks are actually consistently made to a T, they taste exactly how I requested, baristas never miss. Hands down worth the extra time driving!“

“Oh my goodness I go to this Starbucks and there is absolute baddies working there. Specially baddie Melissa and Sky. They are so tea and always clocking it. They serve drinks and face cards. I go to this Starbucks specifically for the baddie workers there. They make everything fire every time. They are better workers than SpongeBob. You know how he has great customer service and says “IM READY!”, well Melissa and Sky go beyond that. I keep my boyfriend in a cage so he doesn’t misbehave but i actually let him out to come with me to Starbucks once because he needed to experience this too. The workers are such divas. (In a good way). When sky and Melissa make my drinks it’s so good it makes me want to slap my man. I am so pleased with them. “Baristas are always friendly and the beverages are always made correctly, which I appreciate due to dairy allergies. I always love coming here. My dogs enjoy the occasional pup cup. They can always tell where we are lol and I love that the baristas are always so happy to oblige.“

“I’ve come here every day for a week while a family member was in the hospital. This has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. They say hi when you walk in and they brought me my order every day. When they found out why I was there every day they gave me a free croissant. Nicolas even knew my name by the last day I was there. I don’t usually go to Starbucks this often, but when I come back to El Paso, I will be visiting them again.“

“Came here on my way across town, I usually go to another Starbucks where my wife like the way they make drinks but we were running late. I was very impressed on how fast they are in the drive through, and they didn't mistaken any of the 4 drinks we ordered. The cold drinks were cold and the hot drinks were hot, the sweet was sweet and the dark roast was not burnt. Exceptional for a chain coffee shop. Probably the most accurate and fastest my order has ever been.“

“Wonderful place, plenty of seating and clean bathrooms.
Went on Sunday May 31, 2026 at around 4:30pm and the reception was fantastic. The girl who took our order was friendly, courteous, and even brough our drinks! I was very thankful and haven't been to Starbucks in a long time. I would recommend a raise or promotion to her. We had a great time there with clean facility and WiFi.“

“This is the first time I have seen a Dunkin Donuts in the lap of a Starbucks. Even though the Dunkin location was a wee bit busier, the quality crew and atmosphere will be at Starbucks.

I was going to Yelp this, I even have the number to speak to Linda. Life has been getting in the way. I hope to be able to call her tomorrow and let her know just how amazing her crew was last Saturday.

I let the young man at the window Justin know and his reaction was refreshing. He said we will fix it for you right now no worries it happens sometimes and made the situation feel light. “This place has been the best Starbucks I ever been to in my whole life. I was there on Saturday and they were really busy in the morning and still they tried to give all the customers the attention we all want, the two people that were in bar were so nice and tried to smile at everyone and plus they were trying to go as fast as they could, the girl who took my order was patient and really nice. I’m not from El Paso but I will for sure visit this specific location every time I come visit.“

“The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. The staff always greets with a smile and I noticed they work as fast and efficiently as they can. I always customize my drinks and they always get it to perfection.“

“After my Walmart run I went Starbucks to get a quick snack, I tried the butterfly lemonade refresher, I usually get a strawberry açaí with lemonade but this looked attractive, and it tasted very good! “I had a pretty disappointing first experience the first time I came in i was given the wrong drink . However it had been a while so I decided to give this location another try, since i was in the area and I’m really glad I did.😊
A barista named Ryder listened when I mentioned my previous experience. “i saw the absolute most sweetest interaction during a launch! this young lady name maryann, helped a lady with her cups. the ladies cards were not going through cause her bank froze her card cause she was traveling so maryann decided to take help and help pay for the remaining amount for this sweet lady! that is some kindness i have not seen in sooo long. she did it with no hesitation and honestly it's such a change to see such kindness at this location. i will be calling the store tomorrow to tell the managers about what she did because that was honestly such a sweet thing she did.“
