“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Starbucks thanks to Jaden and Sarahi! They truly went above and beyond and provided some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They made the entire experience feel personal instead of just another quick transaction.

Their product knowledge was seriously impressive! I was not completely sure what I wanted, and they took the time to ask what I liked and give me some great drink recommendations. They knew the menu extremely well, explained the different options, and helped me find something that was perfect for me. You can tell they genuinely know their products and take pride in what they do.

What impressed me the most was the connection they made with me as a customer. Jaden and Sarahi were both personable, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. “It's only been my third time coming to this Starbucks because it's a bit out of the way for me and the only thing that makes me mad is that I haven't started coming sooner. I come to study and staff is extremely respectful. I was greeted and given attention as soon as I walked in despite their busy drive thru line! I also observed the way they interacted with other customers and it was consistent the whole time I stayed. You can tell they've built healthy relationships with their regulars it was heartwarming to see. I used the restrooms a few times too and both are maintained really well. I usually wait to get home because public restrooms are typically gross but def not here. The staff have undoubtedly created a comfortable environment whether you're just dropping by to pick up, staying for a study session or conversing with friends. AND the drinks are actually consistently made to a T, they taste exactly how I requested, baristas never miss. Hands down worth the extra time driving!“

“This is the first time I have seen a Dunkin Donuts in the lap of a Starbucks. Even though the Dunkin location was a wee bit busier, the quality crew and atmosphere will be at Starbucks.

“This place has been the best Starbucks I ever been to in my whole life. I was there on Saturday and they were really busy in the morning and still they tried to give all the customers the attention we all want, the two people that were in bar were so nice and tried to smile at everyone and plus they were trying to go as fast as they could, the girl who took my order was patient and really nice. “I’ve come here every day for a week while a family member was in the hospital. This has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. They say hi when you walk in and they brought me my order every day. When they found out why I was there every day they gave me a free croissant. Nicolas even knew my name by the last day I was there. I don’t usually go to Starbucks this often, but when I come back to El Paso, I will be visiting them again.“

“Came here on my way across town, I usually go to another Starbucks where my wife like the way they make drinks but we were running late. I was very impressed on how fast they are in the drive through, and they didn't mistaken any of the 4 drinks we ordered. The cold drinks were cold and the hot drinks were hot, the sweet was sweet and the dark roast was not burnt. Exceptional for a chain coffee shop. Probably the most accurate and fastest my order has ever been.“

“I came into Starbucks for the first time trying to surprise my girlfriend with her favorite refresher. I had no idea there were two different kinds, so I accidentally ordered the regular one. After I called her to make sure, she made it very clear that she only likes the coconut refreshers. At that point I was nervous because I knew I’d messed up.

That’s when Eli stepped in and absolutely saved the day. He had an awesome attitude, replaced my drink without any hassle, and genuinely made me feel taken care of. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.

“The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back.
