“I love Starbucks but this time I was disappointed because I order an ice duvi chocolate mocha and was very very strong in flavor and they did not added the pistachio flavor which is the duvi chocolate flavor. The other time it look green and the chocolate. Mixed delicious flavor. But this time it was only espresso and mocha very strong“

“Been coming to this Starbucks since it opened, never had issues, is my favorite in town. I’ve ordered the same drink, either hot or iced for almost a decade. It’s hard to mess up. The past two weeks it HAS NOT been right. One too much water added to the americano, one NO WATER added. Not only can I tell by the extremely strong flavor, but it was a little more than half full. (And this isn’t a drink where I say “put in venti cup”) Hopefully the current manager sees this and can fix the current mistakes happening, as I’m a regular at this location. You can see where it was filled to in pic, and I have always ordered extra ice so it’s super cold, but this was about 3 sips. I cannot drink it as it’s extremely strong with no added water.“

I came here as result of wanting to get fuel at the nearby Circle K and to try this Starbucks. I’ve never been to either of these businesses.
Service here wasn’t bad. The young lady that helped seemed as if she would rather be doing something else but was 100% at doing her job in an obligatory way. I’m sure if I was a regular or some young person in her age group the mannerisms may have been different. I’ve observed these things in many stores before as an observer waiting for drinks to be made.
Anyways, the store was clean and stocked. I didn’t get a chance to check out the restroom arrangement as I usually do, so I don’t have an opinion on the status of maintenance there.
The energy in the building was not as powerful as I’m used to coming across. Regardless, my experience was good but geez. I need to make sure to ask for NO ICE when I buy a $7.00 drink. I got a cup full of ice and very little PRODUCT. You can get 5 different slam breakfasts at Dennys for the price of the coffee I got and get more coffee in the cup than this illusion I received.
That’s my fault.
Anyways, just beware of the construction in the area and be patient due to that.“

“I recently switched to the Starbucks on George Dieter. Everyone there is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome, also the fact that it's drive-thru makes it super convenient. The whole team has great customer service, and you can tell they care about their customers. It’s just an all-around pleasant place to stop by before getting my day started to deal with the everyday hustle and bustle. My drinks are always made perfectly by Melissa 🤌🏼. “This place has been the best Starbucks I ever been to in my whole life. I was there on Saturday and they were really busy in the morning and still they tried to give all the customers the attention we all want, the two people that were in bar were so nice and tried to smile at everyone and plus they were trying to go as fast as they could, the girl who took my order was patient and really nice. I’m not from El Paso but I will for sure visit this specific location every time I come visit.“
“I’ve come here every day for a week while a family member was in the hospital. This has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. They say hi when you walk in and they brought me my order every day. When they found out why I was there every day they gave me a free croissant. Nicolas even knew my name by the last day I was there. I don’t usually go to Starbucks this often, but when I come back to El Paso, I will be visiting them again.“
“Just had an absolutely wonderful Christmas Eve stop at Starbucks. Brandon was super friendly and really made the visit special. He had that kind of vibe and warmth that brightens your day. Went on Sunday May 31, 2026 at around 4:30pm and the reception was fantastic. The girl who took our order was friendly, courteous, and even brough our drinks! “Came here on my way across town, I usually go to another Starbucks where my wife like the way they make drinks but we were running late. I was very impressed on how fast they are in the drive through, and they didn't mistaken any of the 4 drinks we ordered. The cold drinks were cold and the hot drinks were hot, the sweet was sweet and the dark roast was not burnt. Exceptional for a chain coffee shop. Probably the most accurate and fastest my order has ever been.“

“The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. “After my Walmart run I went Starbucks to get a quick snack, I tried the butterfly lemonade refresher, I usually get a strawberry açaí with lemonade but this looked attractive, and it tasted very good! I paired that with a birthday cake pop like always. I love the night crew at this location because they are always so sweet and supportive lol, I can be indecisive sometimes but they are always so patient!!“

“I had a pretty disappointing first experience the first time I came in i was given the wrong drink . However it had been a while so I decided to give this location another try, since i was in the area and I’m really glad I did.😊
A barista named Ryder listened when I mentioned my previous experience. He applogized, & even suggested a drink he thought I might like i ordered it and the new drink was so much better I left the store feeling heard and with a way better outlook than before. “Even though this is a campus Starbucks and not corporate owned, this starbucks is always very fast and relatively busy. The employees here don't get tips even though they should! The only negative comment I have to make about this location is that they are always out of stock of things I like to order, when I have my classes in the evening, which is actually understandable and reasonable.“

“Thomas is the man… the only complaint I’ve ever had was my Pike Coffee being cold or cool because of the cream that’s added. “i saw the absolute most sweetest interaction during a launch! this young lady name maryann, helped a lady with her cups. the ladies cards were not going through cause her bank froze her card cause she was traveling so maryann decided to take help and help pay for the remaining amount for this sweet lady! that is some kindness i have not seen in sooo long. she did it with no hesitation and honestly it's such a change to see such kindness at this location. i will be calling the store tomorrow to tell the managers about what she did because that was honestly such a sweet thing she did.“
“Valerie took my order. Great customer service. She was genuine and seemed to be in a good/happy mood. As I waited for my coffee, a young lady with dark long hair was the opposite. I was the only one waiting. She walked by and placed the coffee on the counter. She never looked at me and just kept walking as she placed the coffee on the counter. I believe she literally mumbled. Then, the most beautiful barista, Brenda, made an exquisite Frappuccino for me. I think I need to go more often to this location. I’m basically the worst customer to exist because I pull up with absolutely no idea what I want and say something like:
“Uhhh… hot, sweet, oat milk… surprise me.” 🤣
And somehow… every single time… they create a masterpiece. Like HOW are y’all reading my mind through a speaker box? 😂 I’ve tried so many drinks I would’ve never ordered on my own, and they’ve all been amazing.
Best part? They never make me feel annoying for my chaotic ordering style. No attitude, no confusion, no “ma’am please pick something already” energy 😂 Just friendly, patient, and consistently awesome customer service every time.“
