“I had originally purchased my go to refresher at the Dyer location and not only did I received poorly treatment by the employee I got a refresher that tasted like coffee beans. I went to this location and asked if I was able to have it remade and Martin didn’t even hesitate was super kind apologized and he even asked me if I wanted him to throw away my cup.“
“I never leave food reviews but after my experience today I felt I should. I ordered a couple of drinks and mine I ordered hot instead of ice which was my mistake. I let the young man at the window Justin know and his reaction was refreshing. He said we will fix it for you right now no worries it happens sometimes and made the situation feel light. “I had an absolutely amazing experience at Starbucks thanks to Jaden and Sarahi! They truly went above and beyond and provided some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They made the entire experience feel personal instead of just another quick transaction.
Their product knowledge was seriously impressive! I was not completely sure what I wanted, and they took the time to ask what I liked and give me some great drink recommendations. They knew the menu extremely well, explained the different options, and helped me find something that was perfect for me. You can tell they genuinely know their products and take pride in what they do.
What impressed me the most was the connection they made with me as a customer. Jaden and Sarahi were both personable, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. They created such a positive and welcoming environment that it made Starbucks feel like the perfect place to sit down, relax, and study after a long day. When you have already had a busy or exhausting day, having a place where you can grab a great drink, feel welcomed, and comfortably get some studying done makes a huge difference.
Experiences like this are honestly one of the reasons I continue to choose Starbucks. Great drinks are important, but employees like Jaden and Sarahi are what make me want to keep coming back. Their kindness, attention to detail, product knowledge, and ability to genuinely connect with customers really set them apart.
Jaden and Sarahi are incredible representatives of Starbucks and a perfect example of what 5 star customer service should look like. They turned a simple coffee and study stop into a genuinely great experience, and I hope they both receive the recognition they deserve. “It's only been my third time coming to this Starbucks because it's a bit out of the way for me and the only thing that makes me mad is that I haven't started coming sooner. I come to study and staff is extremely respectful. I was greeted and given attention as soon as I walked in despite their busy drive thru line! I also observed the way they interacted with other customers and it was consistent the whole time I stayed. You can tell they've built healthy relationships with their regulars it was heartwarming to see. I used the restrooms a few times too and both are maintained really well. I usually wait to get home because public restrooms are typically gross but def not here. The staff have undoubtedly created a comfortable environment whether you're just dropping by to pick up, staying for a study session or conversing with friends. AND the drinks are actually consistently made to a T, they taste exactly how I requested, baristas never miss. Hands down worth the extra time driving!“

“4 stars - their interior remodeling design sucks for the customers. They removed the comfortable chairs to relax and now only have 5 spots to sit down. While waiting to pick up your order the space inside is awkward and most of the customers have to stand by the doorway which sucks for incoming traffic. Who ever design this needs to go back to school. Regardless of that terrible design the customer service is wonderful and drinks on point 👌🏻 I will probably avoid this location as long as I can which sucks because I live 5 mins away.“

“Wow i’ve never been to a better starbucks and Ive never received such amazing treatment at any food/beverage establishment like that ever! All the staff were so friendly and amazing and helpful. The general manager Viana was the most amazing person i’ve ever met, extremely caring and helped out her employees wherever she could. Always going to have a customer with me.“

“I’ve come here every day for a week while a family member was in the hospital. This has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. They say hi when you walk in and they brought me my order every day. When they found out why I was there every day they gave me a free croissant. Nicolas even knew my name by the last day I was there. I don’t usually go to Starbucks this often, but when I come back to El Paso, I will be visiting them again.“

“This is the first time I have seen a Dunkin Donuts in the lap of a Starbucks. Even though the Dunkin location was a wee bit busier, the quality crew and atmosphere will be at Starbucks.
I was going to Yelp this, I even have the number to speak to Linda. Life has been getting in the way. I hope to be able to call her tomorrow and let her know just how amazing her crew was last Saturday.

“I came into Starbucks for the first time trying to surprise my girlfriend with her favorite refresher. I had no idea there were two different kinds, so I accidentally ordered the regular one. After I called her to make sure, she made it very clear that she only likes the coconut refreshers. At that point I was nervous because I knew I’d messed up.
That’s when Eli stepped in and absolutely saved the day. He had an awesome attitude, replaced my drink without any hassle, and genuinely made me feel taken care of. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.

“I placed an online order today and arrived there about 30 minutes later. They remade my drinks without even asking because it has been sitting there for a while, and I really appreciated it. “i saw the absolute most sweetest interaction during a launch! this young lady name maryann, helped a lady with her cups. the ladies cards were not going through cause her bank froze her card cause she was traveling so maryann decided to take help and help pay for the remaining amount for this sweet lady! that is some kindness i have not seen in sooo long. she did it with no hesitation and honestly it's such a change to see such kindness at this location. i will be calling the store tomorrow to tell the managers about what she did because that was honestly such a sweet thing she did.“

“The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. The staff always greets with a smile and I noticed they work as fast and efficiently as they can. I always customize my drinks and they always get it to perfection.“

“After my Walmart run I went Starbucks to get a quick snack, I tried the butterfly lemonade refresher, I usually get a strawberry açaí with lemonade but this looked attractive, and it tasted very good! I paired that with a birthday cake pop like always. I love the night crew at this location because they are always so sweet and supportive lol, I can be indecisive sometimes but they are always so patient!!“

“Even though this is a campus Starbucks and not corporate owned, this starbucks is always very fast and relatively busy. The employees here don't get tips even though they should! The only negative comment I have to make about this location is that they are always out of stock of things I like to order, when I have my classes in the evening, which is actually understandable and reasonable.“

“On 10/06, I stopped at another location to purchase a drink and was very disappointed with how poorly it was made. I had paid extra for additional milk and foam, but the drink did not meet my expectations.
When I visited this location, I was greeted by friendly staff and expressed my disappointment with the drink I had received from the other location. Grace, who was at the register, was incredibly kind and understanding. Without asking any questions or making me feel uncomfortable, she immediately offered to make me a new drink.
I truly appreciated how willing she was to help and how she turned an unpleasant experience into a positive one. Grace and Andrea the (barista) provided excellent customer service and is a great example of how customers should be treated. Her kindness and willingness to make things right did not go unnoticed.
