“I love Starbucks but this time I was disappointed because I order an ice duvi chocolate mocha and was very very strong in flavor and they did not added the pistachio flavor which is the duvi chocolate flavor. “I always come here and normally it’s an ok time when I go.. today I go and for the first time I was asked how I was doing, and AMAZING customer service. I came here as result of wanting to get fuel at the nearby Circle K and to try this Starbucks. I’ve never been to either of these businesses.

Service here wasn’t bad. The young lady that helped seemed as if she would rather be doing something else but was 100% at doing her job in an obligatory way. I’m sure if I was a regular or some young person in her age group the mannerisms may have been different. I’ve observed these things in many stores before as an observer waiting for drinks to be made.

Anyways, the store was clean and stocked. I didn’t get a chance to check out the restroom arrangement as I usually do, so I don’t have an opinion on the status of maintenance there.

The energy in the building was not as powerful as I’m used to coming across. Regardless, my experience was good but geez. I need to make sure to ask for NO ICE when I buy a $7.00 drink. I got a cup full of ice and very little PRODUCT. You can get 5 different slam breakfasts at Dennys for the price of the coffee I got and get more coffee in the cup than this illusion I received.

That’s my fault.

Anyways, just beware of the construction in the area and be patient due to that.“

“We have been going to this location since it opened. The staff is efficient and service at the drive through is consistently excellent. Special kudos to Michelle who has been an excellent employee and friend. I believe she has been there since the store opened.“

They also provided a gift card as a courtesy for the extended wait, which I greatly appreciated. “I recently switched to the Starbucks on George Dieter. Everyone there is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome, also the fact that it's drive-thru makes it super convenient. The whole team has great customer service, and you can tell they care about their customers. “PLEASE have the property management fix the broken speed bumps leading into your parking lot. They have been there for a couple of months now and look potentially hazardous to tires. I avoid driving in there lately which means I am avoiding your business. (No complains about this Starbucks, everyone is great!)

“This place has been the best Starbucks I ever been to in my whole life. I was there on Saturday and they were really busy in the morning and still they tried to give all the customers the attention we all want, the two people that were in bar were so nice and tried to smile at everyone and plus they were trying to go as fast as they could, the girl who took my order was patient and really nice. I’m not from El Paso but I will for sure visit this specific location every time I come visit.“

“I’ve come here every day for a week while a family member was in the hospital. This has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. They say hi when you walk in and they brought me my order every day. When they found out why I was there every day they gave me a free croissant. “I never leave food reviews but after my experience today I felt I should. I ordered a couple of drinks and mine I ordered hot instead of ice which was my mistake. I let the young man at the window Justin know and his reaction was refreshing. He said we will fix it for you right now no worries it happens sometimes and made the situation feel light. “Came here on my way across town, I usually go to another Starbucks where my wife like the way they make drinks but we were running late. I was very impressed on how fast they are in the drive through, and they didn't mistaken any of the 4 drinks we ordered. The cold drinks were cold and the hot drinks were hot, the sweet was sweet and the dark roast was not burnt. Exceptional for a chain coffee shop. Probably the most accurate and fastest my order has ever been.“

“The staff is really really nice. I love the fact that they keep this starbucks clean. When I came in they were cleaning the tables and windows, and sweeping the floor. I like that I can feel confortable enough to, if I need to, leave my seat for a second and head to the restroom, knowing my stuff will be there when I come back. The staff always greets with a smile and I noticed they work as fast and efficiently as they can. I always customize my drinks and they always get it to perfection.“

“Place was crowded, had a little bit of a wait. Located inside a strip mall, there is lots of shopping to see and do. Staff always makes me feel rushed no matter what location. Decided to drive thru since parking lot is highly congested surrounding Starbucks.

Parking: This Starbucks is located on the expansive parking lot that houses multiple business's in a big strip mall. Hardest part is getting onto the lot considering there is multiple directional traffic to look out for. Starbucks is a sharp right into the lot making it harrowing occasionally when it's busy.“

“Even though this is a campus Starbucks and not corporate owned, this starbucks is always very fast and relatively busy. The employees here don't get tips even though they should! The only negative comment I have to make about this location is that they are always out of stock of things I like to order, when I have my classes in the evening, which is actually understandable and reasonable.“

“Valerie took my order. Great customer service. She was genuine and seemed to be in a good/happy mood. As I waited for my coffee, a young lady with dark long hair was the opposite. I was the only one waiting. She walked by and placed the coffee on the counter. She never looked at me and just kept walking as she placed the coffee on the counter. I believe she literally mumbled. “This particular location has always made every single drink perfectly, and timely- I never have to wait around for a mobile order, they’re always on it! They used to have fun games etc inside for when you are dining/drinking in, but have taken them away sadly. Even with that, one of the best Starbucks for their drink accuracy and timeliness I’ve ever been to!“
