TERRIBLE TERRIBLE RESTAURANT told them it was birthday and we had to travel and staff acted like so what then took our order, guessI won't be tipping vary well tonight. DIS COURTESY WILL BE REWARDED AS EXPECTED. Pretty disappointed, A wait staff to that listens and is attentive, a happy birthday after mentioning it was my 65th birthday would have been courteous Plus the dam floors around & under our booth were filthy, the whole night my shoes were sticking to the floor WTF. Terrible food, terribly poor service, dirty ass restaurant“

“While this is not a review for the Hotel Paso Del Norte, I would like to say what a wonderful experience I have had at the property. They have made my stay phenomenal in every way and the brunch at Sabōr was one of the Crown Jewels. The food was delicious, the coffee is wonderful, and the service was impeccable. Very few times in my life have I had the level of service I received from Sofia. To say it was intuitive would be a major understatement. All I requested the entire time was coffee…once…and she brought EVERYTHING else without having to ask. Did I need creamer…it appeared, more sweetener (I only like Splenda and usually run out two or three times in a meal…I know, it’s a thing) it was just there. The only reason I know it was Sofia is she would come by and ask if there was anything else I needed and let me know she had brought everything else. Ok…have I sufficiently set the scene? Mount Rushmore level of service…I’m 50…and not prone to exaggeration…but I do like to give praise where it is due as we live in a world that would rather complain that compliment. Halfway through brunch I am talking with Sofia and see she is “In Training!” Ok Sabōr…don’t let this one get away. If she wants to stay in hospitality she will go far…Hotel Del Norte…pay attention…she is wonderful and Marriott…this is someone to keep your eye on…she will go as far as she wants but will succeed if she serves everyone like she served me today…enough said. Thank you Sofia! You are great at your job and appear to be a great person too!“

“I’d never had pupusas before yesterday but the Parkland HS JROTC cadre and one of their best cadets recommended. I tried the bean, pollo and steak pupusas, a side of rice and a tamal de pollo. First, the servings are large. Second, the food, especially the pupusas (all three) and the rice, were absolutely delicious! I had enough for two meals and the pupusas were even better reheated. Highly recommend this hidden treasure. I can’t wait until the Eastside location opens!“

“This place is large enough to hold a very large group of people. Service is good to great depending on what server is taking your order. On very few occasions I've had to hunt my server down, but for the most part the servers are attentive. Great variety of tasty food and the beer has always been cold. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. DJs on the weekend create a great vibe. Highly recommend this place.“

“It is very popular with the locals. This location is very busy yet it's not too difficult finding a table. Unfortunately the old style booths are somewhat narrow, not very comfortable for large adults. Limited chairs are available. Arcade games for the kids. No free refills. Plenty of parking around the entire building.“

I always choose to go to this particular chico's and I never regret my choice, they are so nice and friendly there.
I recently have tried their burger and it is good as well, I find myself eating both most times.“
