“I had an amazing experience at Wendy’s! From the moment I walked in, the employees were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The staff worked quickly while still making sure every customer felt appreciated and taken care of. My order was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly the way I wanted.
What really stood out was the positive attitude of the employees. Even during a busy time, they stayed patient, respectful, and helpful. It’s clear that the team works hard to provide excellent customer service and keep the restaurant clean and organized.
Wendy’s continues to be one of my favorite places to eat because of the great food and the outstanding employees who make every visit enjoyable. I truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the staff, and I will definitely be coming back again soon!“
“We have ordered fast food serveal times around 2AM on other places but when it comes to Wendy’s!!!!!! Ahhhhhh always fresh food at 2AM!!! Thank you honestly to the workers that work here at this location! My husband & I really appreciate the food quality! We tried other fast food places around this hr 1-2 AM and we have received burnt over cooked food, nuggets , fries just disgusting! Like BK, McDonald’s 😭 but WENDYSS AHHHH 10/10 at 2AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“
“My mom and I went to eat at the restaurant on Saturday and the service was amazing the food was delicious! The General Manager is very hands on and very friendly she is the reason why we would come back ! We live less than 5 minutes from Wendy’s but because of the general manager at this location we will always return!“

“Love the apple pecan salad with the classic chicken. Also, they have an oatmeal bar that is delicious. No picture of the bar because I ate it too fast. Tried the salted caramel frosty and I did not like it one bit. It's a no for me. The mushroom burger was good.“
“They no longer have breakfast but that is okay with me I always wanted lunch to begin with. I would order some nuggets 😋 and said they can drop but would take like 6 minutes wait said no worries. Now lunch for breakfast is better. So friendly staff , new management always clean very polite and well mannered crew. I will be coming back to this location all the time!!“
“When came to Wendy's drive thru around 1am, January 14th. My husband works nights so we usually have dinner pretty late but neither of us felt like cooking. “Today, I experienced something that reminded me how much kindness and compassion can make a difference.
My mom, who is disabled, my two toddler children, and I were shopping at DD’s Discounts on Dyer when the power went out. The store asked everyone to leave immediately. We explained that we had no transportation and were waiting for someone to pick us up, but we were still told to leave and come back when the power was restored. Unfortunately, that meant standing outside in over 100-degree El Paso heat with two small children and a disabled family member for 20–30 minutes.
The employees at Wendy’s on Dyer and Sanders saw our situation and welcomed us inside, even though the power was also out. They allowed us to wait safely indoors, gave us water for the children, and treated us with genuine kindness and compassion during a stressful situation.
I want to sincerely thank the entire Wendy’s team for going above and beyond. Their outstanding customer service and willingness to help people in need made a difficult day so much easier. Employees like them deserve to be recognized and rewarded by management for the exceptional care they showed today.
