“I’ve never had an issue at this Whataburger. Always delicious here. The app drive thru lane is a huge convince as well during busy times. I recommend using the app and pickup in the mobile drive thru lane. 10/10. Good job Whataburger Elgin.“

“Twice a month I travel back-and-forth from Houston to Austin. I always stop at this location. Everyone is fantastic. But I need to point out one person in particular. Her name is Norma.

Every single time I stop by, she is always cleaning. You know how when you go in most fast food restaurants you can see someone attempting to clean. They are usually just going through the motion. Half ass if you will.

Not Norma. She treats this restaurant as if it was her home. You don’t see that kind of work ethic and integrity anymore.

So I hope whoever owns this location reads this review. Treat her well, she deserves it!

“The food ordered (chicken) has been enjoyed, glad Elgin has this place. Friendly & helpful employees ready to take your order. The self serve area just needs to be kept up with, by the different shift management and employees, rather than keep asking the staff for what is needed. Hand soap was out today.“

“Went by here on Friday night. The drive thru gentleman was very polite and I actually thought to myself, “this guy is way too nice to be working in fast food. He deserves a raise”.. Service was good and food was good too. The wait wasn’t too bad either. We were in and out. We’ll stop by again next time on our way to the coast.“

“Mobile order after curbside pickup from H-E-B across Lee Dildy Boulevard 8:30 pm Tuesday, August 15. Free Doritos locos taco taco plus 12-taco box fresco style created correctly, hot and delicious. Store very busy free Taco Tuesday. Was pulled from drive-thru to parking spot and order delivered after a bit of a wait. Did they Start working on my order after I arrived at drive-thru and gave my name?“

“My family and I just moved to Elgin and we stopped here for a quick meal while moving in. The drive-thru was very fast; we got our food immediately and the staff was so kind to us! I’ve always loved Panda Express and this location was no exception. This will be a go-to in town for us.“

“I'm not going to say I don't recommend McDonald but this is the 2nd time I went and there was chaos at the windows and I had to wait 15 - 35 minutes for food. They were scrambling around at the windows and cars and taking the wrong bags to people. It was a terrible mess. people getting mad and driving like fools leaving. They need to pay more attention to what people is ordering before taking food to the cars. I turnt down several bags after they had put them in someone's vehicle.“

“The pizza has always been hot and fresh. But the desserts, bread sticks and wings I have purchased at different time have been over cooked not all the time but most of the time. The wings would be dry, brownie hard and at times crunchy, and the bread sticks tough. But that mostly depends on the day because I have had them cooked wonderful too. Honestly it's the luck of the draw if they will be over cooked or not.“

“Guy at the counter it was last Saturday around 7 I ordered the feast with 2 fish 6 shrimp . He was so nice offered me condolences for my brother passing away . And it was fast maybe 30 seconds kinda felt like ok the food is gonna be cold but no It was piping hot and fresh some of the best long John's I have had in years I'm near 40 long John's was big in the 90s and this tasted like it did then. Whatever this new staff is doing keep it up.“
