“Let me start by saying I am a super picky eater, especially when it comes to Mexican food. We never eat out on a week day but my son and I were exhausted and I did not have it in me to cook today or to drive out of the area we live in during traffic hours. He couldn’t even believe we were dining out on a week day lol. I remembered this place since I’ve driven by so many times and was convinced to try it since it had good reviews on google. I was very pleasantly surprised, everything was great! The food was yummy from the chips & salsa to the entrees, (I had the shrimp in diablo sauce and my son had gorditas) and it was nice, clean, and cozy. The gentleman who served us was super attentive and friendly. We will be back.“

I highly recommend the enchilada trio. The molè enchilada is absolutely heavenly. I typically avoid this one on a trio, but I've now experienced how life-changing a GOOD molè can be. “While I didn't get a chance to actually eat here, I was able to experience the staff. And they are 5 stars. Especially the bartender (i wish I could have caught his name (mind was elsewhere). He was working sunday, dec 1). We were out of town looking for specific food for a friend of ours who we were visiting while she was in hospice. I asked her if there was a specific food she wanted, and she said street tacos. I found this place on Google and went here, but they didn't have street tacos, but he did point me to this little local place about 15 min away, and he was right, great street tacos. We will be forever grateful to him for helping us get her, her last real non hospital meal, while she could still eat. The smile on her face when she took her little bites was able to eat was heartwarming.“

“Stopped in Saturday for a pozole date - I’m always in search of a good bowl of pozole. Made sure to beat the crowd on Saturday morning and that we did. Arrived a little after 930 and were quickly greeted, order thanks then seated (which was out of order for me). I already knew I wanted pozole so didn’t need to look at the menu BUT if this is your first time or want to browse the menu, this can be a little much since it felt VERY RUSHED.

Naomi was our waitress and she was wonderful. Checked on us often and returned with our requests promptly.

Pozole was delicious! Loaded with tons of meat and the broth was bursting with flavor. There was a small container of salsa we each got and I figured it was for the chips…NOT - it was more of a chile de aceite and didn’t play! I like spicy so added it to the broth so I could sweat and get the sniffles. Haha.

All in all, delicious breakfast. Definitely recommend for a non peak time - as we were leaving it was PACKED!

Parking is a bit chaotic in this little shopping center but luckily there is a lot across the street specifically for this place.

“I cannot say enough positive things about my experience tonight at Mesero. I feel, most times, that customer service has gone by the wayside & waitstaff feel they are doing you a favor to be onsite. This was NOT the case this evening. Jackson was hands down one of the best waiters I have had in a LONG time. Very attentive, helpful and just all around wonderful! He made excellent recommendations and was super friendly! The margaritas were ON POINT, & fajitas were delicious! I will definitely be making future trips to eat at Mesero and will recommend the restaurant & Jackson to all of my friends!“
