We ordered basically one of everything off the menu and that was the way to do it. Everything was phenomenal! Truly cannot recommend their ribs enough. “I’m going to be fair with a four star rating due to this just not being my thoughts as to what an Italian ice is supposed to be. There’s gelatos, there sorbettos, the granatas, and then there is this. They are kind of like a mix between a granata and either a sorbetto or gelato depending on what you get. When I think of Italian ice, I think of a tart lemon or a savory sweet strawberry. However, this is just not what they serve. My daughter liked it, and her friends seemed to as well. I would prefer a simple snowcone to this. However, they do seem to achieve what they are trying to do with the crowd that they are focusing on. If they ever got a super sour option, I would be completely down to try it again. Until then, I will be making my own granatas. This positive score is only for what my daughter and her friends said about this place.“

We added the pinto beans, side salad, and small potato skins to share. The turkey was the favorite out of the meats. I enjoyed the Mac and cheese the best but the other two people preferred the beans. The potato skins were not what I imagined (they were like nachos made out of potato skins) but the table agreed they were very good. The other people think they would have been better without the queso. I'm not sure.We arrived around 11:30 on a Saturday. There was no line and it was quick to order. The cashier was happy to answer questions. The food arrived quickly.Pretty much immediately after we picked up our food a long line developed. It just kept getting longer and longer.“

“I was initially drawn here a few years ago for the cozy, modestly traditional, and intimate atmosphere and decor. All of which this establishment does really well. Their kitchen is partially open so that you can see sushi being prepared, and the interior is small enough so that it feels like a more private venue. The food quality is unparalleled in the dfw area, you’re gonna be hard pressed to find better quality sushi outside of maybe a couple unique dining experience establishments. They have a pretty standard selection of appetizers which are really good, but not where they stand out from other sushi places with exceptions the Tuna Tower and Masunosuke Crudo which are higher dollar items for appetizers but other reviews rave about these items. They have a reasonably wide menu of rolls which is where they start to do really well for themselves. I typically divide rolls into a few categories: basic favorites (less complex in composition, wider appeal), authentic selections (truer to Japanese sushi), Complex Rolls (typically signature items that can be authentic or Americanized). They have enough of the basics you could take your kids here and have no issue ordering, and even if you prefer more nuanced sushi they do their basics well enough so that they will still be enjoyed. Their authentic rolls arent clearly indicated on the menu which I would prefer if they were, but if you know what you’re looking for it’s not hard to pick out really good items which were on parr with sushi I have had in the Marianas and southern pacific islands. Their complex rolls encompass both American as well as authentic compositions, but both accomplish the culinary purpose of sushi incredibly well. A particular favorite of mine that I’ve seen other reviews praise is the rocky roll, that roll was so good that I have continued to think about and have a craving for a week after last I had it.Their service has been quick, friendly, and knowledgeable about their menu every time I have been.I cannot speak highly enough about this restaurant, if you are a sushi enthusiast living in dfw this is a spot you must try.Vegetarian options: They have a decently sized vegetarian menu with items of from their appetizers, entrees, and rollsParking: Ridglea Village Shopping Center has plenty of parking spaces that are all free.Kid-friendliness: This is a more quiet and intimate restaurant, so its not the most ideal spot to bring young children, however they have plenty of items I’d have enjoyed as a kid, so you can definitely bring them along.“

Chopped Brisket Melt
Brisket Queso Blanco

“Went for breakfast and had a great experience. Staff were friendly, food was brought out quickly, and tasted great. The chilaquiles was a standout dish. Even got to enjoy watching The Lone Ranger while we sipped on the complimentary coffee. Got out of there with two breakfasts, two coffees, and an OJ for just over $30 which I feel is pretty rare these days. I can't wait to go back and try their lunch/dinner menu.“

“This cafe had some interesting seating and a handy downtown location. They charged me extra for oat milk that they suggested, which wasn't entirely clear, but it was a good beverage, a seasonal strawberry matcha. My almond croissant didn't blow me away and was a tad dry. The community vibe was interesting, with locals who apparently lived near the people working there, businessmen/lawyers, a police officer, and of course a non-local tourist like me.“

“We went to The Post at River East to see Davy Knowles. The venue was intimate for an impressive acoustic set. (We've seen Knowles the last three times he's been in DFW, and the acoustic show was our favorite.) Service was especially good -- warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food good; we only had a Pinot to drink, but it was more than respectable. A great evening! Thank you!!“

“Eaten lunch here twice. The hamburgers are excellent. I enjoyed the Popper Burger immensely. Think of a double cheeseburger with the addition of a jalapeno popper spread and you will get the idea. Super friendly staff and a really funky vibe in the restaurant. Highly recommend!“

“This is a great first time experience for me and my children. Customer service was on point. The atmosphere was awesome, and it's pretty cool because they have games all around the area, so while you're waiting, you can actually play other games, which we thought was a cool period must try.“

“A lot of time has passed between my visit and this review. So, some of this may be out of date. This place was awesome. Really good beers, good pricing, helpful staff, and amazing environment. They are family friendly with a ton of activities for kids and adults alike. There is a lot of color in the place, and you can tell that they don’t take themselves seriously. There was a ton of seating, even during a busy Sunday. The staff were super helpful with explaining their beers and setting themselves apart from other breweries. The place was clean for how many people were there. The place exudes a friendliness that spreads through the crowd. My party ended up gaining a random guy from some other country. We went to another place to eat afterwards with the guy! This place just has that type of unquantifiable energy. Will return, will recommend, will see y’all sooner than later!“

“Came here in between doctors appointment, and had such a great lunch! I ordered the double one protein shake and loaded avocado toast. The perfect light lunch to keep me full after a heavy weekend of eating. The associate was so sweet and she recommended me her favorites, which was delicious! Also loved the peaceful ambience inside, clean juice and place!“
