“Long story short. I was having an extremely bad day. My family and I pulled into McDonald’s to resolve an issue. We got it resolved, and then decided to eat there. I didn’t catch the name of the General Manager, but she took my order. I gave her a 45 second synopsis of my words, and she was just so charming! She was kind, listened to me and shared some of her story.
I was on the verge of tears anyway, and her sympathy made me tear up in the best way.
The food was hot and tasty, but her personal touch was more important to me in that moment!“
