“This place exceeded expectations on every level. Atmosphere was cozy for date night dinner before my wife and I went to see Nate Bargatze. The Food at all ends were alive with flavor kicking. The service was attentive and caring, just excellent. We started with The spinach artichoke dip. amazing, the chips (I believe their famous Italian nacho chips and homemade Garlic bread slices came together like a flavor family. My wife ordered the Primavera with chicken and the cream Parmesan sauce. out worldly, amazing. I would eat that sauce on everything. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Penne. A wonderful fusion of Sharp sundried tomatoes, sauteed Garlic cloves sauce and chicken. the spice was excellent as well, not overpowering like the star of the show, but rather a supporting actor that let you know they were there. The portions were very generous. don't expect to finish your entire dish, we went hungry and left with 1/3 of each of our entrees. I would recommend this place to anyone in Dallas, or going to Dallas..I would even recommend to the owners to venture down to Houston, as we could use this in our city. You would be missing out if you didn't come through this place at least once.“

“Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“Awesome Times is just a really great place to get a simple quality meal with no fuss. Their burgers and sandwiches are great. Their bowls are delicious. The bar has lots of great drinks. They have hosted the Marcus Varsity Baseball team for team dinners several times and given the booster club a good deal. They were a great place for parents to come after we defeated Southlake in the playoffs. Awesome Times has catered my son’s graduation party. Awesome Times consistently makes great food and delivers excellent service. My family goes there at least a couple times a month and we plan to continue.“

“Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“Had a vacation with my friends and we flew into dallas on the way home and after a day of rough flights and delays- we wanted one thing and that was some pizza and wings. We googled pizza places and looked for some options and fell upon Zio Al’s. We called to place an order, paid over the phone and headed to the store. When we got to the store they couldn’t find the order- we quickly found out that someone called the wrong location to place their order. Feeling defeated, the manager was kind and helpful and still made our order at the location we were at. In a short 15 minutes we were given probably the best pizza i have ever eaten!! We ordered the supreme pizza, the signature, and two orders of wings and Oh My Gosh the absolute best!!! Will be going there again next time we are in dallas.
