“We ordered a Shredded Beef Dipping Tacos, a Crunch wrap Supreme and a drink, they were both very good! We also tried the Fudge and Caramel Empenadas and OMG! They were SO SO good! We brought them home and added a little powdered sugar on the top. I will go back very soon just to get some more! I totally recommend these to everyone! I think the secret is the powdered sugar. “I stopped by Juicy's Hamburger at 1300 S Southwest Loop 323 in Tyler for a to go order, and overall, I had a really good experience! It's been yrs like 15+

I ordered the cheeseburger combo with tater tots and a lemonade, and everything hit the spot. The burger was flavorful, the tater tots were crispy and delicious, and the lemonade was super refreshing. The service was friendly and efficient, and even though I was picking up to go, the atmosphere inside was kind of empty due to me showing up close to closing hours. None the lease it was welcoming and had a good vibe.

The ONLY thing I found a little strange is that if you want to order a combo meal, you apparently have to order online. You can't order the combo inside the restaurant, which honestly seems a little weird and inconvenient. Hopefully that's something they'll consider changing because it would make it alot easier on people.

Other than that, Juicy's definitely gets a thumbs up from me. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were solid, and I'd definitely come back to try something else next time I'm in Tyler.

I ordered crispy chicken salad, 3 tacos and for Jellie a grilled chicken patty - they made it happen! They cut it up for her and even served it in a cup on a little bed of lettuce. They also gave her a cup of water without asking. Perfect!

“My experience at this chick fila was phenomenal. First off, I only had $10 to my name, and I was honest about in being broke and not being able to afford the number 1 meal. I was able to pay for majority of my meal but was 6 cents off. The employee was super kind and payed the 6 cents that i did not have.“

They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

No customers in the building. The cashier and cook were both on their phones, and there were no greetings at all. As I ordered, I witnessed the cook dig in her nose, pick a booger, wipe her mouth, and return to her phone, only to put gloves on and grab the food! I voiced what I saw to the cashier twice, who didn't understand the nastiness I had just witnessed. I canceled my order, and they did not care.“

“I usually eat here every Tuesday during lunch. Even though they are very busy, I don't have to wait more than a few minutes at the counter. The food is always good and fresh. The parking lot is large, but usually pretty full. I am amazed at how many people they handle both in the store and drive thru. I have always been satisfied with the people, quality, and value.“

When I took a bite, it busted with juice and at first I was scared it meant that it was undercooked but NO just cooked to perfection. Perfectly crispy, amazing seasoning, perfect tenderness, and of course the smokeyness of the slim sauce paired perfectly with both the chicken and the fries. “Any time I’m in Tyler, I stop by this location to grab a sandwich. They are always upbeat and friendly from the moment we walk in. Today there was a situation where the gentleman in front of me draped his hand over the glass, and they politely asked him to not hang his hand over the food and the man made a scene. The employee handled the situation very maturely and even offered an apology to me for the behavior even though they did nothing wrong. I will continue to frequent this location not only because I love the sandwiches but because I appreciate the stellar customer service! “I've been craving Sonic for a while, but all the ones around me are absolute garbage. I've always liked Sonic but having enough bad experiences will turn you off entirely.

I was on a little road trip heading back to Houston from Tyler, and I know from when I lived in Frankston that this location has been here for many years. I figured if it hasn't shut down yet, there's probably a good reason.

I was right. The burger I ordered was cooked perfectly, tots were crisp and freshly fried even at the late hour I'd visited, and the food runner was a really friendly young man.

The only reason I knocked off a star is due to the touch screen at the bay I was in being completely non-functional. I would've been happy to leave a buck or two as a tip, but no amount of smushing my finger on the screen had any effect. I was trying to see if there were some sort of physical buttons I was missing, but no... Just didn't work.

Y'all's employees are really nice, so I definitely recommend fixing that so they aren't missing out on getting a bit extra for their service.“

“I want to take a moment to recognize a young lady named Roseann who works at Pizza Hut.

On Labor Day while I was there, I witnessed a customer named Brad disrespecting Roseann, including cursing at her. Despite being treated so poorly, Roseann handled the entire situation with professionalism, patience, and grace. She never stooped to his level or allowed his behavior to change the way she conducted herself.

I was genuinely impressed by her maturity and composure. It takes a lot to remain professional when someone is being disrespectful to you, especially in front of other people.

Pizza Hut should be proud to have an employee like Roseann. Employees who handle difficult situations with this much professionalism deserve to be recognized and appreciated.

“I would have gave a five-star all the way across the bar except my grilled cheese I always get grilled cheese with bacon, and I cannot lie dairy Queen beat y'all the toast was not buttery it was very dry, the bacon tasted very old. But your worker Eli, so nice, friendly, happy to be doing his job it's hotter than Hades outside and he is just happily walking along and cheering people up and doing his job I think he deserves a raise and y'all need more employees like him. For a medium sandwich with a drink be prepared to pay over $15 per person after tax. I would like to eat here more often, but it's just not affordable for our family when we can buy all the ingredients from the grocery store to build our own meal at home for significantly less.“
