“The service was great! We were asked if we needed anything twice as we were seated inside. I have to put four stars for food due to the lack of sauces offered. The dining room was clean and staff were keeping tables clean when customers left.“

“This is one of the best restaurants I've gone to and I love coming to this location because not only is it on my way home from work, but the Customer service is absolutely fantastic and so is the food.

This location has been well redesigned and I love how they were able to keep the original building and modify it like their newer locations.

I hope they can open more locations across the United States, especially in Texas, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Nevada, California, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, Utah, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Kentucky. When they do, I hope they won't demolish any of the existing Washguys Car Wash sites or any full-service car washes that could become good WashGuys locations. (Please see the list of potential WashGuys sites on Google Maps in the description of my latest YouTube video about WashGuys in Denton.) I know I shouldn't be saying this, but I feel it's important because I love WashGuys Car Wash. There are several full-service car washes in the areas where they plan to open new locations that could become WashGuys sites. Some of these have been demolished to make way for other businesses like convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, or anything that isn't a car wash. I hope the ones I believe could turn into good WashGuys locations will remain intact and not be demolished for non-car wash developments. I don't want that to happen to any existing WashGuys sites or potential full-service car wash sites. I realize this isn't directly related to my rating of Chick-fil-A, but I just wanted to share my thoughts about future locations. Nonetheless, I still believe Chick-fil-A is worth visiting regardless.“

“My 4 year old got so excited when one of the Lady managers struck up a conversation on how pretty her dress was. While I was ordering Iris is usually shy around new people but took to her and did her own 4 year old conversation. How pretty her dress was and made it a awsome experience for Iris. “I normally visit this Main street site about 2-4 times a month. Each time the food has been great. Love the pastor street tacos. The chips are are perfect and so crunchy. I get great service from Sonia everytime! She is quite Kind! Thanks“

“Stopped in for lunch and they didn't disappoint!! The food was delicious. Trinity was our dining experience host. She was very attentive, answered all our questions, and was sure to deliver our food hot. The manager Paul stopped by to welcome us as first time guest. I had the Catfish Sandwich with Garlic Fries and my bonus sister had the Chicken and Waffles. We also had the Fried Green Tomatos but devoured those before a pic was taken, lol. I will definitely visit again. Amazingly great service and food!!“

“Solid above average chicken tender joint. Very similar to Canes or Layne's, but better. The food is well seasoned and has a plethora of more sauces than other similar establishments. Every time I go there the service is great and I get my food quickly. The rewards app is BS but aside from that I have no complaints. It isn't the best chicken in the world but for fast food its pretty darn good.“

“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. Will definitely return to have again. 10/10“

“I tried their chicken and waffles for the first time tonight. Firstly, be prepared to wait, especially on a Friday night (30-40 mins).
Overall, the daiquiri was done right. It doesn't have that weird taste that some other daiquiri do.
The waffles were okay, but would probably be better with toppings added.

THE CHICKEN THOUGH?!
One word. bomb.
The seasoning was perfect and the wings are like none I've had around. Juicy, crispy, delectable.

“I am officially in love with this place. This was my first time stopping in and right away the manager Michael welcomed me in and offered assistance as I was looking at the menu. I had seen others comment about the poblano soup and I luckily stopped in on a Thursday when it was one of the daily soup specials. I got my order of the soup and spicy pimento cheese very quickly after ordering and both were to die for! Highly recommend for a quick light lunch with great food and service.“

“Came in for date night with my husband and we were jivin’ for a good burger and cold beer. This place hit both cravings out of the park! Heather was our waitress, who was attentive but not helicopter-esque, and an absolute joy. Our burgers were cooked to a perfect medium, the veggies were fresh, and the sidewinders and potato wedges were plentiful. Be sure to come hungry - you definitely won’t leave that way! Cannot wait to come back here as it’s just down the road from the house!“

“While this is my “go to” Chick-fil-a restaurant, it is so frustrating to not receive all the items you paid for. I of course did not discover this until I was home. Calling the store is an endless loop of menu options or voicemail boxes that are not set up. Be sure you check your bags before you pull away!“

“My first time visit was top notch. The Chicken Sammy was delicious! A perfect balance of spice and flavor. I had the medium heat but will get the hot next time. The bun made the “Sammy” a 10/10. I’m pretty sure it was a potato bun and it was incredible. The staff is extra friendly and I highly recommend if you’re visiting or live in the Grapevine area.“

“Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Luckily, I’m sure it was a fluke, and I know they usually do a lot better, so I’ll be back. This is simply a heads up for the managers that y’all weren’t on your game today. 2/10/2023 @ 1145.“

“As I am an 86yr old creature of habit I always order the same each time. I love this store. Food always fresh and tasty and the portions are huge. I get 2 or more meals out of my order of about 22.00. Usually go on Sunday and eat during football game. Oh yeah my habit is vegetable chow mein with chicken. Fried rice. “Well what can we say bad about chick-fil-a? The food is amazing and addicting everything from the salad to Chick-fil-A sandwich even to the waffle fries are amazing. The atmosphere if you have time to go inside which is sometimes faster than waiting through the drive-thru line to get the food at the window. This place is always busy cuz they have great food. I wonder if someday they'll be open on Sundays, LOL
