I’m extremely disappointed in the management at this Subway. Star is truly the heart of this store and always takes such great care of everyone on base, especially our soldiers. Today, she looked visibly sick and was still expected to work completely alone. Why wouldn’t management step in and cover her shift so she could rest and recover? Why do you have sick employees working, handling food? The lady that is always smiling and have a great attitude, looks pretty ill with a mask on.
I ordered a sandwich yesterday, it was supposed to be toasted, the elder lady who was there with spanish accent boldly lied to me after I asked her. She told me that she in fact toasted it, and that she did it right away. Well, she wasn't it. The cheeses were in whole just like they are packaged, lettuce super cold. The sandwich was iced cold; not just temperature cold. Very poor service!!! I will not come back!!! Horrible!!!
