“I have always loved to visit this restaurant. It is very clean, the food is fresh and quick, and the service is amazing. Today I was able to witness how well trained the staff is. While eating I had the joy of watching another customer storm up to the register and complain and shout at the girl at the counter. It was handled professionally and the staff member kept her cool while being shouted at. Good job.“

“OMG! We drive by here all the time because it's around the corner from our house, and I keep saying to my family that I wanna try it. I should have tried it sooner, I've been missing out! I got a regular taco plate and my daughter looked at me like I was an extreme lunatic because the noise that came out of my mouth after I took the first bite was unidentifiable as a human noise. It was amazing! we finished our plates in the car, we didn't even make it into the house. I just don't recommend driving while enjoying, the enjoyment will overwhelm to the point that you can't even focus on driving. It smelled so good that I just couldn't help myself, I had to try it before I got home! Definitely 5 stars!“

The staff reminds me of my own family - very nice and friendly and welcoming, and the food was super delicious, served fresh and tasty. “All of our meals were very good with more than ample portions. Our service was very polite and friendly making numerous recommendations from their menu as it was our first time in their restaurant. Granddaughter raved about their chips (warm and crispy) and their salsa (just the right amount of heat and good spice combinations) - she rarely approves of any salsa unless she makes it herself!“

I have been going here for years, and recently returned for work.

Las Brazas is a family owned shop and serves delicious, authentic, and fresh tacos/burritos! They are very friendly and do honest work. They grill their chicken daily in front of their restaurant, and make absolutely amazing food. I almost always get the Big Bite Burrito (Chicken and Carne Asada) with tacos (Chicken, Carne Asada, and/or Al Pastor).

The green hot sauce they make is delicious and packs good heat. Use in moderation if not accustomed to spicy salsa.

“After a long Thursday evening shift, I’m sure the *last* thing Corbin wanted to see was my husband and me walking in just 25 minutes before closing. But we had flown in from North Carolina late the night before, spent the day attending funeral events for a loved one, and were desperately craving a Texas favorite. See, Freebirds doesn’t exist in NC. Having lived in Killeen for seven years, we knew exactly what we were missing—Chipotle and Burrito Shak don’t even come close. We needed Freebirds. We needed to see Lady Liberty on her hanging bike. And, as it turned out, we needed Corbin’s kindness. Even at the end of what had to have been a long day for him, Corbin welcomed us with warmth and ease. He chatted with us like we weren’t just “the late-night customers” and went above and beyond by offering the freshest ingredients possible—*right before closing.* Corbin deserves a raise, a bonus, or even a feature on *Undercover Boss.* Whatever recognition he gets, it won’t be enough. “We ordered Big Burrito through Door Dash. We got the Carne Asada Fries and Nachos. It would be nice if the Nachos said in the description that it had pico. My kids wouldn't eat any of it. The carne asada was really good! If you like pico, you would probably love the nachos. I just wish it was in the description or had an option to remove it in Door Dash. I tried calling to leave the suggestion instead of a comment, but no one answered and they aren't accepting voice messages.“

“I love eating here! I always get the Steak Bowl unless they have brisket. It is only offered for a short time a few times a year. Always have enough for that lunch or dinner and a small lunch the next day. The service, there's always really fast. We always get in and out in about 8 to 10 minutes.“

“The customer service at this location was top notch as well as the food. The kitchen forgot to put sour cream on our Mexican pizza but we didn't even notice. Within a couple of minutes, the cook came out with a fresh, hot Mexican pizza with sour cream on it and apologized for not adding sour cream. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed.“

“First tacobell since I left my home state that actually does amazing at their job. My taco was visually full and fresh and my quesadilla was cut into crisp triangles. This crew did outstanding and will without a doubt pass a core. And for customer service, employee Kisha broke the charts. I love how friendly she was with me. Asked if I wanted to use my rewards account, asked for sauce and if I wanted to use the card on file. 8/10 most tacobell wont ask u for the card on file they would just charge u with it or expect u to give them a form of payment. But Kisha asked me. Thanks to her and the crew working with her on 03/11/2025 at 11:31am, they will pass core. My mother who is a supervisor of tacobell in my home state was on the phone with me and even noticed how excellent Kisha’s customers service was and was mentioning on how she would love for Kisha to work with her. That she needs employees like her in her team. Kisha deserves recognition for this because employees like her are very hard to find. Thank you.“
