“I was delighted by the service and the profesional speed of Miss Anne, the lane was sooo long and she was alone in the front. I surprise how hard she worked and I like the kind customer service she provide for me and my children, I was so happy that I asked her name because it is my first excellent experience in subway since I came to Ft Cavazos. she was extremely kind and helpful with my order, she had a lot patience and she was quick to provide me with the best service. “The food is great! You just go through the line and point out what you want and they will make a to go plate for you and charge by item. There are many options from plantains to beef, chicken or pork. They have rice and other food of Hispanic origin. Service is friendly and price is on point in my opinion. Thank you.Zeek“

“Usually McAlisters is very good with great customer care, but today it was a mess. People working in the kitchen with no hat or hair net and disorganization. I ordered online with my order to be ready at 325pm. I finally got my order at 340pm. someone put my order in the pick up cubbie and failed to tell anyone it was there. Cheese was barely warm. I got snarky with the front end young lady and then apologized because it wasn't her fault. Today they only get 3 *'s from me.“

“Original review was 1 star due to 3 incorrect sandwichs however I've changed to 5 stars because they handled the issue very kindly and remade our food they weren't rude at all and that's great service right there thank you very much.“

“I left the location a few hours ago and the staff was amazing!! The young girl was amazing, upbeat and just all around great! The older lady was so sweet and helped me answer any questions I had! Very clean store…actually the cleanest subway I’ve ever been too!! I was able to find everything good and had an overall amazing experience! Thank you to the young girl for making me a beautiful sandwich and I will definitely be returning!“

“Depends on what you get if it's good or not. Stick with the sandwiches you'll be ok. The baked potatoes are a huge disappointment. Mine was cold the cheese didn't even melt.

“Food was good, place was clean, order was fast. Can't get a printed receipt. My only complaint. Other than that, they were quick to get my order, and it was good when I got it home. The footlong cookie - heavenly. This is the 1st place I've seen that you order it yourself off of a screen and then they make it. It defaults to a footlong sandwich fyi.“

“Decent Subway with a few issues. One of which is that they do often just have one person working. I've never been here during lunch or when it would be busy but I can see how that would be a problem. I can't comment on the online ordering since I've never used it but I've seen people come in for their sandwiches and talk to the employees. Besides that I've never had an issue with the quality of my food. The employees are professional and the inside is kept clean. Like I said before it's a decent Subway, not much to really complain about.“

“We came in just before closing time. A cheerful lady came from behind the counter and took our order. After a long shift she was still smiling, telling us jokes as she was preparing our sandwiches. I had to ask the other employee her name because she was so nice and still on her 100%. Her name is Nicole, and she is the manager. Ma'am, thank you so much for making is smile.“

“Omg me and my coworkers come here too much lol or we order online for pick up or delivery. Always fresh and always good ?? Our go to sandwich is #9 Reg Italian Club with a side of kickin ranch ???? And for me only I always grab a bag Salt & Vinegar chips…. Yummy in our tummies for lunch. Staff is always friendly and nice and of course super fast ?? Thanks Jimmy Johns by 1st Cav Express.“
