Several issues. 1. graves runs like water no substance 2. just left with an order, 4 tenders combo with tenders and salad. I ordered an extra mashed potato, didn't get the salad. The server is a hispanic male with attitude. I'm tired of never getting what I order, Canes is better but no gravy...

Let me spill the beans on my visit to Chicken Express. It's a chain similar to Hartz chicken in Houston, but man, did it miss the mark on several fronts. Everything was Great! But like other restaurants and grocery stores it seems the Cost of food has gone up! I was surprised to find out how much the meals are now. As a single mom it's a treat to eat out when we can. I'd like to eat too! But with these prices I almost couldn't. My family loves Chicken Express regardless! The Tenders are Hot and the Roles are buttered perfectly! So even though it costs a bit more, it's definitely worth it!
