Friendly/helpful staff. Brisket is the best option in the menu, I love some ribs and even the ribs are perfect, tender, flavorful and the meat doesn’t get stuck between your teeth, flacos tacos hit the spot, burnt ends are the best in the city, there’s so much to compliment from the menu, you really have to go and try it for yourself, prices are fair, servings are great, not skimpy at all. Loved it the first time, but when we went today (Saturday July 10 at 12:30 pm) it was closed up tight. No sign about why, maybe staff shortage? Hope y'all open up later or tomorrow.

Went to Panther Cities BBQ 101 class today. Chris and Ernie did a great job building the course to all levels. Lunch was included! The best part for me was being able to ask these accomplished pit masters about their technique while they were doing it. Their openess has helped me question the how and why I approach my own cooking. Thanks for a fun day and being open with your process.
