“I absolutely love this Panda Express location! Every time I visit, I'm greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who always make the experience pleasant. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious — you can really taste the quality in every bite. The restaurant itself is spotless, well-organized, and always looks clean and inviting. I was especially thrilled to see that they brought back the black pepper chicken — it’s one of my all-time favorites, and I’m so happy to enjoy it again. This location truly goes above and beyond, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!“

“What I ordered wasn't cooked so they made it fresh which was really good. Staff very friendly and professional and the restaurant was CLEAN!!! I went inside to make my selections and I'm happy I did!

“I have a condition to where I can't have certain oils. I called this location and asked what they use. Maria, kindly informed us of the oil used. SHE CALLED BACK at her own will to let me know that there were three dishes that use an oil I can eat. I was very excited because it's very hard to find meals I can just go buy instead of ccok every day. I ordered right away and i'm going back again today :) lol THANK YOU MARIA“

“I would like to say that I asked a cashier at the drive-through window to write down her name on my receipt because I wanted to give her recognition for her friendliness, promptness and professionalism each time I come to this restaurant. Well, I came through the drive-through about two days ago and thought that I somehow misplaced my receipt that I Asked her to write her name on. STEPHANI LUCERO… I thought of your service to be important enough to put the receipt in my important paperwork. You did such a great job waiting on me and my family as you do each time that we come to this restaurant please keep up the great work and keep warming our community with your beautiful smile and your courteous service. “Great service! The food was of course good but the service was excellent, for some reason our cards weren't working to pay and the attendant was so patient and helpful with us. Is really nice when someone is so kind and thoughtful. Thank you“
“I stopped by Panda Express with my 4 and 5 year old, and to my surprise, they recognized the name as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. I have to give kudos to the marketing team for that, because we don’t visit the chain often this was only my second time going with them.
The service was great. The kids were excited, pointing at what they wanted, and the server went out of their way to offer samples to make sure they liked it before we purchased. That little extra step really made the experience easier and more enjoyable for both me and the kids. Thanks for the great service!“
“It's Panda Express, it's like the McD of Asian food. That said most of the time this location is on point with the food they do have available.Most of the time when we order they don't have most of what we had to order and substitutions have to be made, it's always a pain.One would hope that they would have menu items available or notify you within the app or website when substitutions might have to be made.Also since the implementation of AI at the box you have to go in to pickup your order, train the AI model to be able to handle mobile.“
“One of the managers Amber T (AJ) i believe she was working a couple weeks ago but just wanted to say i appreciate her explaining some stuff to me about a misunderstanding i had about my order, she was very thorough and her attention to detail and explanation for everything was undisputed right down to the smallest details. The keep that store spotless and clean late into the night to maintain the atmosphere.“

“We come to Panda Express mainly for my kids who love P.E., but we decided to try a different location this time. We got a Cub Meal, Bowl, and Plate. They really liked the food here too. Clean place and friendly service. It matches the expectations set by other P.E. locations.“
