“Sarah the bartender was so nice she introduced herself before taking my order even shaking my hand. Previously the owner came up and introduced himself making me feel like a VIP. Conlon's is quiet enough to have a conversation, great music on the jukebox but not so loud you have to yell over it.“

We were the only Black Americans here and we felt extremely welcomed and served with care/honor. Reed is absolutely an amazing bartender. He was attentive, had an awesome story and just is a people person. We also ran into a guy named David, and I he was absolutely awesome.Food: we didn't have any food but I feel it would be awesome.Customer Service: Reed is the absolutely best. He is such a great person. Was extremely professional. Great guy with an amazing story. We will come back due to Reed customer service.Bottom line: Reed, you are the reason I wrote a review. You paired with David made our experience as Black Americans being the only Black People in the pub made the experience feel like we were just people. In Fort Worth we don't always feel that way and we appreciate you because you did amazing at being hou. We'll be back and thank you for your service.

“Geeeeeeez that fish and chips meal I had on Friday was amazing. 10/10 They do food most days until about 1 or 2 but it sells out, it's that good. The bartenders rule and they have the best priced drinks in town. It's definitelyy a classic neighborhood pub with a rustic vibe despite a chill patio and new pool tables. Straight up though, the fish and chips will change you as a human.“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“I frequent 54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse (Alliance) by getting mostly takeout. One of my favorite restaurants. Food is consistently very good. Portions & prices are reasonable. Highly recommend. Also like that they stay open past 10p!“

“The University Pub is a TCU institution! My second home during undergrad and still a must-stop before and/or after any home game. Now, they're trying to close it. If the Pub is forced out, I'll never again spend a single penny in any business in this shopping strip.“
