What impressed me most wasn’t just the execution (which was exceptional), but the thoughtful care the kitchen took in accommodating my food allergies without compromising taste. Every element on the plate felt intentional and balanced, and I savored every bite—no leftovers, just a clean plate and a very satisfied diner.
