“Listen. The two locations are like day and night. The atmosphere quality and quantity of food and service. Ashley is great at service excellence. Man man is awesome when it comes to the taste of food. The music selection was right on the nail. The pork chop was scrumptious. The spaghetti was a tad bit too spicy. Keep in mind kids like spaghetti too and it was too spicy for me to eat. But the pork chop made up for it. The one on Martin Luther King is convenient due to location. Bookie butt does a great job with quantity and service. However the one on Martin Luther King does not display service excellence. Chicken burgers and more means that it would be chicken burgers and more. This location needs to step up his game. Just because we in the hood we shouldn't be treated as if. The pork chops absolutely are not the same in size taste or presentation. MLK location can get as many customers as the beltway if that was consistency. I will be going to the beltway location more.. I appreciate y'all. Thank you

“I heard about Jollibee from others so this is my first time having their famous chicken. My family was visiting from Chicago and wanted to try the chicken which was very good. We had rice and the gravy and fries. We ordered mashed potatoes but somehow they were left out of the order. The white rice with gravy was really good. All white rice is not always good but this one was . It had a freshness about it and it wasn’t sticky. I really liked the gravy. We also had adobo rice but it was already gone before I could taste it. My family loved it!!!! They said it was spot on! The spicy chicken was also good and crispy. My family also loved the peach mango pie. I also didn’t get to taste it because it was gone before I could get a bite! Needless to say I will be going back to Jollibee to enjoy these two items. I hope to have an update on it. That’s it for now and I hope this encourages someone who hasn’t tried Jollibee to go and see for yourself!“

Solo necesitan poner más atención al cliente ... dar un mejor servicio no importa si el día está por finalizar ... nada de refrescos naturales y aún era 7:30 pm no todos queremos sodas pero la comida está rica .. y si ya no tenes. “I was a part of the staff that opened this locations many moons ago and didn’t stay awfully long because I went off to college. But you know what? Tony Levine just delivered my food to himself and recognized me enough to ask how i’ve been after all of these years. “I placed a curbside order during lunch rush with 2 full drive through lines. I wasn’t expecting the order to be out anytime soon, but in less than 3 minutes, all my food was out, and it was hot. It was the fastest Chick-fil-A I’ve been to.“

“Something was wrong with the app today and I was unable to order curbside. Got in the drive thru line right at the noon hour stressed about the wait. However, these kids moved the line along quickly with a smile - even though it is really hot today!! I feel like Chick-fil-A is making a real difference in the lives of this younger generation and I really appreciate the difference you find in service here!“

“By far the fastest CFA experience I’ve had; I LOVE the new mobile order lane. I placed my order within 1-2 minutes of entering the line, and still experienced no wait time. My sandwich was perfectly crispy and freshly made. Oh and they actually gave me extra pickles!“

“I recently tried the gizzards and was thoroughly impressed. The golden-brown coating was perfectly crispy, and even though I'm not usually a fan of bread, the roll that came with it was absolutely delicious—soft on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside. Every time I've visited, I've had a great experience. The food is consistently well-prepared, and the staff is always friendly and professional. While there's a bit of a wait in the drive-thru, it’s clear that they take the time to make each order fresh, which I really appreciate. Overall, it's a great spot for a satisfying meal, and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality and service provided.“
