“At the Shertz TX location they changed me $7 for about 6oz of ranch dressing. Blew my mind. Lol drove an hour for the mozzarella sticks and they were out. 😢😢😢 Chicken was good though. Mac and cheese was good as well.“

“It was great in some aspects and bad in others. I got wings, fries with chicken tender pieces and cheese in it and a shake. The shake was good, not great but good, I’d consider it an above average fast food shake. The fries were amazing, the chicken tenders were tasty and juicy, the actual fries were fresh and it just came together beautifully. The wing sauce was pretty good, the actual wings are like baby wings, I compared them to the wings I get at HEB and they may be half the size if I’m being generous. Lastly, I don’t complain about service, and if somebody wants to go home that’s cool. But the when I went to get my food the guy just stared at me and I was like “hey my name is X I’m getting an Uber Eats order. Doesn’t say anything, turns around, grabs it, puts it down in front of me and just stares me down, doesn’t say a word. Was a bit weird, if he would’ve looked at me like he didn’t want me to be there, that’s fine but the look was more like he wanted me to die in a car crash on the way home.“

“We drive 48 minutes to eat this delicious chicken! Probably the best fried chicken in Houston. We always eat there and take a bucket home. The spicy chicken is my favorite. The spaghetti is not your regular spaghetti, it's slightly sweet. The kids love it.“

“No longer Chicken, Burgers, & More. Located inside the gas station. AGAIN, NO LONGER CHICKEN, BURGERS, & MORE. This location has a new place called 5th level and they only serve fried chicken. Chicken is good but do not look for any variety of flavors. They offer 3pc, 5pc or 10pc with fries and Hawaiian dinner rolls.“

“Me encanta el Lujan buena comida ..! Solo necesitan poner más atención al cliente ... dar un mejor servicio no importa si el día está por finalizar ... nada de refrescos naturales y aún era 7:30 pm no todos queremos sodas pero la comida está rica .. y si ya no tenes. “I placed a curbside order during lunch rush with 2 full drive through lines. I wasn’t expecting the order to be out anytime soon, but in less than 3 minutes, all my food was out, and it was hot. It was the fastest Chick-fil-A I’ve been to.“

“Something was wrong with the app today and I was unable to order curbside. Got in the drive thru line right at the noon hour stressed about the wait. However, these kids moved the line along quickly with a smile - even though it is really hot today!! I feel like Chick-fil-A is making a real difference in the lives of this younger generation and I really appreciate the difference you find in service here!“

“I just wanted to give a shoutout to Santos at Hart’s Chicken in Fresno off Highway 6. I come through here often for the livers, and every time I come during the day, she always provides amazing customer service. She’s friendly on the speaker, patient, and never acts like she doesn’t want to be there.
What really stands out is that she makes sure the food is always fresh and hot before handing it out. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and the quality of service people receive. Unfortunately, I haven’t always had the same experience coming in the afternoons, so I really wanted to recognize her for consistently being kind, professional, and welcoming.
