Stop putting trainees and people that don’t know what they are doing in the drive thru pickup window.
This Chipotle provided what seems to be intentionally bad service today and it's the worst service I've ever gotten at any Chipotle. I used the app, per usual with one difference. When my order was picked up, every burrito was wrong and 2 out of 3 beverages were wrong. One of our burritos is so simple it's literally extra meat and cheese. It was wrong.
